First Watch

This was one of the best First Watch locations I've been to. There was no wait (and we had a party of 8), we were seated immediately, and service was great (special thanks to Haley). I had the elevated egg sandwich and potatoes. My only feedback is that the potatoes were really salty and I couldn't eat them. I didn't send them back but others at the table had the same issue. Other than that, I would definitely visit this location again.

I was looking forward to visiting the first watch: subpar service but delicious food. Overall an average experience.

Dietary restrictions: Celiac here. I did not get sick, but the staff lacked basic knowledge of celiac-friendly items. They told me they had gluten-free toast when I requested an allergy menu. They directly led me to an overly complicated app, which was challenging to use if you aren't tech-savvy. All in all, the experience was anxiety inducing.

Food was delicious, amazing coffee, very nice atmosphere. We were sat in the middle of the restaurant, never got menus, water coffee or any acknowledgement for 20 minutes. Watched others sat and received food before we were approached. After finally getting our order never saw our waitress till it was time for the check. Not super crowded either. Oh well, food was great.

I expected a better turkey burger but finding out it’s preformed and preseasons explained it. I love the menu but won’t be having that sandwich again. The tomato soup was good and the dragon punch. I’ll return for. Better experience! The Atlanta locations were divine.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Made an order on their website they left out two meals. When I called the manager said she packed it herself and refused to offer a solution. They told me to call a number that didn’t have anyone answer. When I called again they put me on hold for 15 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. If they can’t handle online orders they should not advertise it. Spent over $100 and got ripped off $20 of food with no solution offered. The way the manager spoke to me was completely unacceptable.

Had the eggs and biscuits and gravy. I really enjoyed it. Cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely come back.

Service great. Food served in five minutes not busy for a weekday breakfast.

Number one (to us… and maybe other people) home and on the road!!!! It was great as always the pumpkin pancakes (wow) and the Morning Meditation (juice, im going to see if I can make it), and the Virginia ham & (million $) bacon (we are in pork country)… yummy ?!!!! Our server was wonderful friendly and attentive.

Good coffee! Personnel were awesome.vi just had coffee and they were very nice!

I normally love First Watch their service and food is exceptional. However, my most recent visit I found a HAIR in my food and they didn’t even comp me the meal. I can’t say I will be back anytime soon. That was very disgusting.
