I would give the service 0 stars if I could. I come to First Watch pretty regularly in greenbrier but stopped here in the area for the fall menu. Me and my girlfriend both got the same thing and but when the food came out she didn’t receive her pancakes and she got the wrong eggs (ordered scrambled for hers) server was nowhere to be found and when the rest of the food came out we had no silverware still. Server was still nowhere to be found and another table had to give us plastic silverware they had on had just so we cane eat. Absolutely ridiculous and when our server finally came back we politely asked for silverware and was told “No we don’t have any at the moment” like what?? Not to mention that was the last time we saw our server until our check. I’ve never had an experience like this one and will not be coming back to this location. First Watch is always busy so they should be expecting that. If you can provide for your customers then don’t seat them >:(

Food was good. Atmosphere a bit noisy. And, we had a waitress that, despite her making a mistake twice on an order, does a good job with her dissatisfied facial expressions at the customer and then doesn't want to come back to the table to check on things. Food 👍 Service 👎
