We haven’t had Five Guys in a while so yesterday I decided to change that with my fiancé since we really enjoy the fries. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and an order of large Cajun fries, which unfortunately identified as Cajun mashed potatoes. We did have to wait for the fries, which wasn’t a big deal, but we figured they would be fresh and crispy like they used to be. Each one of these fries suffered from ED. Needless to say, we were definitely disappointed because we paid $10 for these things And they should’ve stood at attention like a marine. It’s not the end of the world so I gave the store a very fair review but unfortunately this was enough for me not to go back to a Five Guys when there are other options to try for high-quality hamburgers and fries. I hope we take this to heart and bring back the quality to this establishment because with the rising cost of everything the quality should definitely not be going down.

Ordered double cheese burger Cajun fry with it in a combo then ordered a second fry regular . Husband ordered what he wanted. Drink machine had dye coming out and it was hard to find a drink that actually tasted good. Some didn’t have color at all and tasted weird like the strawberry Fanta. Got food went home food was not correct called the store to get it fixed . She said we spent 43 dollars for 1 drink 1 mini fry 1 regular fry and 2 double cheese burgers. I tried to explain what I ordered she continues to say she didn’t take my order so she doesn’t know. I say well why don’t you ask the girl that took my order we were the only customers. She proceeded to say that’s not her job. Yeah save your money go to sonic or Wendy’s because this is the worst first experience I’ve ever had in my life. MAKE SURE THEY READ THE ORDER BACK TO YOU BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU SAID YOU WANTED THEY WILL GIVE YOU WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE.

If you're looking for a quick burger this place is top notch. The staff is always willing and friendly to make sure you're satisfied and the food is always cooked exactly as ordered. Be specific. I'm not a fan of how much this place costs now.
