I come here all the time and usually things are great! But when I went this time, I opened up my food and saw hair in both my burger and fries. As friendly as the staff is, I don't think I have the appetite to come back anytime soon...

Arrived at 1:45pm on March 26th 2025. Doors were locked and they were closed.
If you're looking for a quick burger this place is top notch. The staff is always willing and friendly to make sure you're satisfied and the food is always cooked exactly as ordered. Be specific. I'm not a fan of how much this place costs now.

Prices are unjustifiable. Craft Burger is better and roughly the same price if not actually cheaper.
The general manager, Skippy is amazing.

The food is fresh, they need to ease up on the salt for the fries, had to reorder fries with no salt. Staff was pleasant

It’s ok to love the food, and give a one star review because the prices are absolutely insane. It’s fast food, there is no reason a small cheeseburger, small drink, and small fries should cost over $20 after tax. You can get a better burger with a side and a drink at a steakhouse, fast casual place, bar, etc for cheaper. For those who think Five Guys is fast casual, that’s a negative. If I have to stand in line to order and take my own food to my table and take care of my own trash, it’s fast food.

We had delivery and it was definitely the best burger and fries. A lot of meat and soft bread delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Can order how you want it.

It's always a terrific burger, but I'm not sure if the cost benefit works out. From my receipt, you can see I paid a little over $19. There's a lot of food to be found for that price. Dave's BBQ brisket platter clocks in at around the same price, and as Malbon Bros brisket platter and I would rather have that than a burger. All that aside, it is an excellent burger. Fries are, of course, well executed. There are absolutely no complaints about the food. Can I get a similar quality burger at a cheaper price point? Keagan's has their burger price at $7 before 4 pm. With tip, a generous tip, it will come to $15. Keagan's has fantastic onion rings to boot.Despite the great taste, I just can't seem to justify that price point.Love you very much, Five Guys, but my next expensive burger will probably be Shake Shack.
