Update* they told me to put in a formal complaint on the website but there location doesn’t pop up under Virginia Beach, so how am I supposed to do that, will be seeing district manager Monday, this is literally a circus! …and that’s per the owner
They thought it was funny I was coming back for my return… I asked them what was the joke and that I wanted in it and they didn’t have an answer.. Even after re making my food.. and giving my money back they forgot to give me my burger of part of the return…. How do you mess up 3 times in a row… especially on the return you literally forgot the main item! Tighten up! That was 21$x2 you just lost, may not be much but I wish I could take my both my tips because this was the worst service I’ve ever had will be calling again the am, not even about the money this time it’s about how bad your service is I came to this location bc it was the “nicer” location

Waited 14 minutes with 2 burgers in front of me for a hockey puck of a fried burger for 13 dollars. The American experience gets better everyday. Whomever is the manager fire everybody and then find another job managing a dollar store because you shouldn't be in charge of people's food

I was very disappointed with this Five guy location. Unlike other locations you get a cut of fries and some thrown in the bag. Place was empty with dirty tables.

I walked in here at 9:50pm and the staff was so nice to me even though they were about to close. I felt bad coming in so late but I got off late. My food was perfect and the manager was so sweet. Thank you !!!

Placed a to go order on their website. We picked up our to go order in store. Shakes were made when we arrived. A few minutes later in car on way home we realized the shakes were complete liquid, like cups of milk. Two of our burgers also had the # stickers incorrectly placed resulting in 2 people getting wrong burgers.

Hark ye & behold the Second Best Burger, next to Shake Shack of course. More customization options, sure; the beef is primo top quality, yeah. Who doesn't love steak sauce AND grilled onions?
