I’m a little disappointed I’ve been going to five guys shit Since 2018 and have always loved their food But recently the fries are either overcooked or burnt In the past three times I’ve had issues with my order. I feel like I’m pretty clear when talking to the people receiving the order. If it’s me, then I would take 100% accountability But with this one, I ordered a cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup and mustard and somehow my order got flip-flopped with somebody else and I got a bunch of stuff that I never ordered also, I don’t know if it’s Managment or if it’s staff, but since going to five guys, I used to go because five guys was known for large portions of french fries well tonight I ordered a medium fry and when I looked in the bag, all I had was a single cup of fries there was no extra fries in the bag now this sounds. Entitled and I’m sorry to come off that way But I’ve been going to five guys for years and always used to have a ton of french fries in the bag because they used to scoop more fries in the bag with you already bought fries So I asked the nice gentleman if he could put a scoop in the bag and he said with a attitude he already did when he never did and then he looked in the bag and was like oh yeah it’s our new policy we have to ration our french fries So if 5 guys changed a new policy That kind of sucks because if I’m spending almost 40 bucks On some burgers and french fries why get rid of the main thing five guys was known for that’s loading up the bag with fries no other place does that which is why five guys is awesome idk it might sound stupid to other people but I loved getting my burger Buried in fries and eat them on the drive home!

Came in pretty late maybe 25 min till close, got my order went home, was made incorrectly, drove back, they remade my order after it was closed, thank you very much crew! A perfect 5 star next time if they juice it up on the burgers 🍔 With correct toppings ofc 🙏🫡

The staff here typically offer a warm and friendly atmosphere, but my recent experience was far from pleasant. After dining here, I was unfortunately struck with illness that lasted for an entire week. The pickles had an unusual, off-putting taste that raised my concerns. The fries, instead of being crispy and fresh, tasted stale and left a disappointing aftertaste. To top it off, the bread was soggy and unappetizing, as though it had been sitting in moisture for too long. Given this experience, I have no intention of returning to this establishment.

Great service and friendly people. Loses points on cleanliness. The soda nozzle needs to be cleaned, it sprayed syrup all over the place when dispensing soda. The men’s bathroom also had a semi-clogged toilet.

Always great food and service at the independence location. I ordered for pickup at the wrong location today and had to call this store to see if i could cancel my order and the girl that answered got me all taken care of…she transferred my order for me…. she was super helpful (rare these days) and super nice (again, rare these days). Thank you thank you thank you!!! I appreciate you! It’s refreshing when people are kind and helpful! I’ll be visiting the independent location again soon.
I placed an online takeout order for this location and was completely satisfied. My order was just getting completed as I arrived, so I know it was fresh. Everything in my order was made correctly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I love the customizable toppings for my cheeseburger; everything is always delicious. The packaging was also neat and ensured my food stayed warm until I got home. Overall, the entire experience was seamless and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

There were 2 young men and a few ladies working yesterday in the evening. One young man was African American and the other had black hair. Normally when I walk in, I see the ladies and they look at me and ignore me. My average wait time in there is about 10 minutes to pick up a dash. The ladies looked at me and walked to the back and the young men assisted me; greeted me and smiled, very friendly and customer service oriented. Kudos to whoever trained them! They represent the company well!!! Customer service is very important when working in the food industry. Please continue the great training and re-train the ladies who currently work there to understand the importance of good customer service. Everything is a learning opportunity.

Very disgusting staff member by the name of Nicole colhagen! She says she is the GM and makes the rules . I came in and asked why the order wasn’t given to my son and she stated she wanted me to come in when he could confirm pick up on the phone . I’m suffering from a foot injury . When I asked she began to raise he voice at me siting that she is the GM as if that’s a big accomplishment in todays economy and stated she wasn’t giving me the order. Again reciting that she’s the GM as if she owns five guys . Nonetheless, I still got paid and didn’t have to deliver it. I deli ver part time in my free time or if it’s something very near . I guess she thinks she can treat drivers any kind of way. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with five guys as she wouldn’t give me the information but the kind staff member directed me to it on the wall with no issue. I hope Nicole gets it together she’s a piss poor example of management
