They are too busy. When I got there at the estimated pickup time, it wasn't even close to being ready. And they lied to me, telling me it would be just a second, when I could SEE my pizza being put in the oven right then. I could recognize it as mine becausr of the distinctiveness of my order. They refused to cancel my order. They make a decent pizza, but it's not worrh the hassle. I doubt I'll patronize them again.

Let me Fratell ya somethin!.. this place is phenomenal! My wife and I have been searching for an authentic New York style pizza that is not floppy, undercooked, and overloaded like every other place in the area and finally we found it at Fratelli’s. Quick service and great pizza! Thank you, please don’t change as we are your newest regulars!

Nice staff and people. Pizza was good, but took a long time. Wings were good size, but not much flavor (I ordered the hot ones, and they were not hot at all and bland in flavor) and could of been cooked more. Cheesesticks were ok.....felt like ones you but from costco were better, probably could of been cooked longer too.

Great unassuming NYC pizza place. Got the lasagna pizza, would definitely recommend. Great flavor, treated fresh, everyone was super nice.

We went in for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. We were told it would be about a 35 minute wait (it is a Saturday night) but it was less. The pizza was very tasty and the garlic knots were also fabulous. The place could use a little more decor and more drink choices, but overall we were happy and would go back again.
Best pizza iv had by far, 10/10 would recommend
