I used to order from them for a while...but never again they are very rude if you have any problems with your order they refuse to listen...they are not willing to compromise to make sure you are satisfied, therefore I will never order from them again...a very dissatisfied customer and I even tipped the rude driver!!!
I just ordered $40 worth of food and the chinese woman that take the order is rude and rush you off the phone. I asked her to give me a hand full of soy sauce and she gave me 3 packages.... I always order alot of food from this place and they have the nerve to be stingy w soy sauce you just lost a loyal customer here. I called to speak to the manager and a guy said he wasnt there and he asked what was the problem, I told him and he rush me off the phone too so unproffessional...read full review
