VERY RUDE!
I come here often to pick up deliveries for paying customers, and I am often treated as if I'm unworthy of common courtesy and respect. The last time I came here to pick up an order, I waited at the COVID window for service when I entered, but no one approached the counter. AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR TO THE RESTAURANT, a little boy came up and told me to stay where I was. "Right there," he said and repeated it a second time as if I were a dog. I gently closed the door and waited for the boy to round the corner. When he came around the bend, he loudly asked which carrier I was with. I POLITELY asked him not to shout at me and to speak to me with respect. I then gave him the name of the person whose order I came to collect. The order was not ready and with nowhere to sit and wait for the order to be prepared (since I was commanded to stand at the COVID counter) I returned to my car and sat there until the time they gave me for pickup had came. I reentered the restaurant and didn't even bother to open the restaurant door. I stood at the COVID counter and waited patiently and quietly. No one came to assist me. Then the phone rang and suddenly a woman came up to the counter and answered the phone. She copied down the information that was given to her without even acknowledging my existence. I stood there quietly. After the phone conversation had ended, she refused to acknowledge me. "Excuse me," I said softly, but she didn't answer. "Excuse me," I repeated a second time, but she didn't even look at me. "Excuse me," I said again a third time. This time, she finally looked at me, and I asked if the order of the person I came on behalf of was ready. "I'm doing it now," she replied. After she placed the items in the bag, she pushed the bag to me, and I respectfully said, "thank you." She never said a word to me. The child spoke to me with disrespect. The female ignored me and treated me with disrespect all the while I managed to use, please, excuse me and thank you. WOW! They have been cold to me before, but this time, it came off as if they were discriminatory or even a bit racist.
My advice: Be mindful. Be careful.
This is a strange time we are living in, and people are boldly showing their true colors more and more each day.

Food wasn't anything special. Ordered sushi, shumai, and general tso's chicken. Sushi was coming apart and it was weirdly wet at the bottom of the container. Shumai was the only thing that was actually good. The general tso's chicken also was not good, but it was edible. The taste and appearance overall was only okay but nothing special. Wouldn't have it again, especially for the price.

Gyoza was dripping with oil. Spicy tuna roll wasn't spicy. The sushi was NOT fresh. It smelled very strong. I couldn't eat it. So gross.

My roommate got me and him both general chous chicken and crab rangoons,the rangoons were phenominal,but my order of chicken was terrible,it tasted like over cooked oily chicken bits covered in sauce,the sauce was fine,the atmosphere was amazing and the staff were very kind,it was only my chicken that was bad my roommates was fine

Wonderful all you can eat sushi. Set and order from a good selection. The special rolls seem to be made at the time of order so the rice and fish are at the perfect temperature.

I'm very disappointed in this restaurant! The food is overpriced and Not worth it At All! The Customer service could've been better. I paid $58.00 for my order and was highly let down by this establishment. I will NOT EVER waste my money At Fuji Hana sushi EVER again!!!

Maybe our food wasn’t good because we ordered through Grubhub - they delivered all the way to our hotel off 21st street.
The food was OK. You can’t go wrong with the California roll. The gyoza was good. The teriyaki beef sticks were also good.
The spicy trio of rolls, their most popular pick, was not good. Instead of mashed up fish, maybe try using whole pieces..
All in all, if you’re looking for special rolls, this may not be the place for you. If you are, try the more expensive options to get better quality.
