This place was fantastic! I was in there some days ago and had some of the best ice cream I've had in a while. The worker, Cathleen, was extremely helpful and seems to love what she does! I hope to be back in the area soon

Ice cream was amazing but younger girl come out, rubbed fingers through hair and then put the hat on. I did request her to wash hands instead of putting the gloves on. Meanwhile the younger blonde is at the register playing with her pigtail briads as she's taking an order. Grossed me out and won't return simply due to sanitation reasons. Bathrooms were pretty clean though.
We ordered brownie sundae which was ok, but the brownie didn’t seem to be fresh. We also ordered coffee ice cream which was weak on coffee taste and not as described by the helper as “basically eating iced coffee”, we also ordered chocolate which was average. However, the helper was nice and patient as we took our time to place our order. Overall, it was a decent experience but a little overpriced for the value.
Have you been somewhere that makes you feel like you have to come back and try everything? That's Gerald's! Colleen and her coworker were wonderful. The guys thoroughly enjoyed their shakes and affogato with coffee ice cream, how can you go wrong? Thanks for topping of a perfect day, Gerald's!
