This place was so amazing!! A few of us were in town for just the weekend and our airbnb was right across the street. We tried Get Lost on our first day and came back every day after. I tried The Chill, Mug Life, and then built my own as well. Best treat ever with a great atmosphere!!

when i TELL you that this place is amazing, ITS AMAZING. i went on 3/8/24 around 6:30pm. the 3 employees working there were AMAZING! 1. i have a few allergies & intolerences (coconuts/dairy) so the employee (i forgot her name but she had beautiful tattoos on her arm and blonde hair tied in a low bun with a dad hat on) she explained every bit of the menu for me and even offered suggestions as to what i should get 2. the other two employees were also super super patient and helpful! i forgot their names, but it was a guy and a girl! they also offered feedback and suggestions for me while i decide what i should get :)) 3. when it was time to make my order, the employee with the pretty blonde hair and tattoos made sure to thoroughly clean everything for me!! this really touched my heart because i have had allergic reactions due to cross contamination from other eateries. she made sure i would be safe while consuming their delicious shaved ice and i couldn't be more happier!! 100/100
Great flavors, awesome customer service. Little pricey, but it's prime real estate. I will definitely be back. The Shaka colada is my favorite, love the toasted coconut and whipped cream topping.

This place is so cute and unique. I had never had a Hawaiian shaved ice before and it was delicious!! The staff were so sweet and fun and went out of their way to make everyone who was there when we were feel appreciated and taken care of. One of the staff members heard it was my birthday and brought out a candle for my ice and sang happy birthday to me. It was a great time and fun dessert and I will be bringing everyone out to try it! ?Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian and they have vegan nondairy options as well.Dietary restrictions: You just have to talk to the staff and they can help tell you what to avoid on the menu. They also have nondairy options.Kid-friendliness: Such a fun place for kids, and they have picnic tables outside for you to sit and eat so you don’t make a mess.
