I am uncertain as to the rationale behind the singular focus on a particular group of young adults within this establishment.Frequenting this establishment with my daughter, I consistently encounter an environment characterized by pop music containing explicit language, alongside sizable congregations of patrons—often four to five individuals—who exhibit familiarity with the staff, resulting in boisterous behavior to the extent that external surroundings become inaudible. This lively atmosphere seems to be a defining feature of this venue.I am perplexed by the apparent targeting of a small cohort of gamers who maintain a low profile, refraining from causing any disruptions unless during quieter moments when their mere presence draws attention. Typically occupying a secluded corner, these individuals engage in gaming activities while also fostering interaction with fellow customers, thereby contributing positively to the ambiance of the establishment.Observably, the introduction of this group has attracted a notable influx of patrons utilizing laptops. However, their sudden absence raises questions. By people who have nothing better to do with their time? They clearly haven't caused issues in that said year till a single person mentions an issue but there was not a single problem till now?It is my contention that passing judgment based on olfactory perceptions or the volume of one's discourse is unwarranted, particularly within an environment where the normative culture includes music with explicit lyrics and profanity. As a publicly accessible venue without explicit guidelines regarding language usage, occurrences of such nature are inevitable and are not uncommonly witnessed even in the presence of families. Rather than ascribing blame to the establishment's staff, direct communication with the individuals in question to address concerns would be a more constructive approach. It is regrettable that unfounded accusations may have alienated these individuals, potentially deterring their future patronage. It is disheartening that certain individuals have chosen to express their discontent with the establishment due to the presence of a specific group, particularly when it is commonplace to observe other patrons engaging in similar behavior without repercussion. Conversations involving topics such as sex, profanity, and gaming frequently occur among individuals familiar with the staff, often situated near the registers or pick-up area with laptops. In light of additional reviews echoing similar sentiments, it seems unjust to single out these youths who, in my experience, neither disrupt nor pose any harm to patrons. It is imperative to withhold judgment until one has firsthand knowledge of their circumstances, a consideration seemingly overlooked by those who have raised objections at a business level, thereby unfairly targeting an entity beyond their control—the public. The establishment in question is undeniably remarkable, fostering an atmosphere that is both enjoyable and uplifting. The presence of profanity or a lively ambiance, rather than being detrimental, has, in fact, contributed to the enjoyment of others. The general public does this on a daily basis. Furthermore, the increased presence of laptop users is indicative of the establishment's appeal. College students or young adults studying and or even gaming with each other. Throughout numerous visits during which the aforementioned gamers were present, they have consistently maintained a low profile, with efforts made to minimize noise, including instances where one member hushed others. Instead of singling them out, it would be more advantageous to extend a welcoming attitude and embrace diversity.Alternatively, if there are concerns regarding the operation of the business, implementing clearly defined rules and displaying them prominently would provide clarity and guidance. It is inequitable to impose stringent regulations selectively on certain groups while others are exempt, especially when no such rules have been established previously.

Always love coming here. This tea shop/cafe is consistently delightful. It attracts a diverse crowd, ranging from young adults engrossed in their laptops to families and individuals enjoying the relaxed ambiance. Recently, there has been an expansion in the clientele, with patrons occupying various areas of the establishment.Notably, there is a group of enthusiastic gamers in one corner. I believe it is because of them that I find more young adults in the establishment now, I always see groups of 4 to 5 others on their laptops in the opposite corners or even the middle tables. Despite the original groups circumstances, which I learned about during a conversation with a mother and her daughter, who are regulars, these young individuals exhibit remarkable kindness. They have overcome previous challenges, sadly as they are homeless as evidenced by the massive improvement in some older reviews, and now actively contribute to the positive atmosphere by surprising the staff with gestures of appreciation. Even the customers as well. These 3 individuals genuine admiration for the establishment and its staff adds to the vibrant atmosphere. They contribute so much, offering smiles and laughs to young kids and even to adults, sharing conversations. Their story is beyond tragic but I find it heartwarming the major turn around and drive they have shown and dedicated. I just hope they stay. I honestly believe if it wasn't for this small group, that this place wouldn't have boomed in place of this area now thriving with younger adults working and bending their young minds.Throughout the day, this venue remains lively, particularly in the evenings when it becomes bustling with patrons, including those visiting during spring break. While it is a bit quieter due to the break, Though I missed encountering familiar faces today, their presence always uplifts the environment with warmth and friendliness.

I love this boba shop, they always are having good vibes, and there is always someone there, even when they aren’t busy. Though there was a group of young gamers that I didn’t see today which was a shame, they always had such happy faces and the relationship between them and the workers was always something fond to see while ordering here. I’ve been coming to this store for years, and I’ve never had any complaints. A shame to see the store so empty though, spring break must be a dry time for them. Looking forward to my next visit, hopefully there will be more people there, I know at night sometimes it’ll get pretty busy but I like to come during the day mostly.

Used to love this place, but for the past year or so 2-3 gamers on laptops sit in here 24/7 smelling of extreme body odor and swearing/yelling into their headphones. Same few people every time too. Can’t bring my child in here without having him listen to people in their early 20’s swearing into their microphones while playing video games. Employees are too young to seem to want to deal with telling them to quiet down / stop swearing. These people are single-handedly clearing out the establishment when it used to be filled with people just hanging out and chatting. Won’t be coming back again.

Worst service EVER. Tried this place a few times, hoping it was just a fluke... but no, these workers are horrible. They are on their phones the whole time, and don't even look up at you when you come to the counter. The last time I was there, some teenager was sitting on the floor behind the counter, as if hiding from the customers. They want you to use the self-service machine, but then, at the end, ask for a tip. Tip for what??? I get treated like I don't exist, and they don't serve you the food.... what am I tipping for? Please train these workers on proper customer service. The drinks are good, but I will not be returning until the service changes.

Amazing ambiance and place! This is so cute and well kept. Very friendly staff and amazing music choice. The service is unmatched.I got an ice cream as I normally love drinks but I wanted something different. The strawberry ice cream is so smooth and sweet, with a gentle finish on the tongue that you'd expect soft serve to have. It's amazing!

Since my daughter and I were in the area, we decided to stop in and grab something to drink. The store was very clean and I loved the cute paintings on the walls. Thankfully, there was no wait so my daughter ordered the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea and I ordered the Passionfruit Sparkling Tea. I asked if the boba pearls would be good in the Passionate drink and the lady stated that it probably wouldn't be so I really appreciated her honesty. The Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea was probably the best I've ever tasted in the area. It was absolutely amazing and even though we didn't modify the sugar level, it wasn't overly sweet at all. The Passionfruit Sparkling Tea was pretty good. Their Sparkling Series consisted of a variety of other drink flavors as well. The passionfruit flavor was strong, which I liked but it was very sweet. I'm not sure if I would order it again but if I did, I would request less sugar.Overall, I would definitely return for the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea and would definitely try their other Milk Teas and drinks as well.

Purchased drinks several times in the last few months, drinks are pricey and for the most part not that good. Coffee drinks are inconsistent and haven’t tasted the same as before. Black teas and green teas are sometimes watery. Won’t go back I’ve given the place too many chances already.

This Gong Cha restaurant is located in the Salem Crossing shopping area. The cute place is nicely air conditioned while waiting for the order, which is self service through their tablet. Thus its form of payment is card or digital rather than cash. The lychee oolong drink was refreshing and you can customize the ice and sugar added.
