Absolutely wonderful hosts. They truly accommodated our party. My kids were happy and that's awesome. The delicacies, on the other hand, were... alright. I managed to wrangle a chimichanga from the kitchen. It was not fully grown, nor was it fried. It was a Junior Burrito! In other words, a soft tortilla roll-up having an identity crisis... drenched in queso like it's trying to drown its sorrows over not being deep-fried. Chimis are supposed to come out golden, crispy, and proud, not slouched over in a puddle of cheese sauce looking like it’s regretting every life choice. Maybe better next time.

This is an excellent restaurant. From the moment you come in, the atmosphere is welcoming with friendly and attentive staff. The service was speedy and the food of the highest quality. You can tell that this restaurant cares and loves what they do. I've been in VB for years and can say, Grande has the best tacos I've ever eaten. The menu us reasonably priced. The margarita *chefs kiss*. You won't regret stopping here.

Disappointed and Won’t Be Returning

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and was unfortunately very disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered the chicken enchilada, carne asada fries, fresh guacamole, and ended up adding a side of queso.

Chicken Enchilada: This was just okay. It came with red sauce and cheese, but the cheese wasn’t even melted and the enchilada itself was dry. There wasn’t nearly enough sauce to make it enjoyable.
Carne Asada Fries: Easily the worst item I ordered. It was mostly plain fries with very little toppings. The flavor was missing completely, and it was hard to enjoy. I would never order these again.
Fresh Guacamole: This was the one highlight of the meal. It tasted fresh and came with sliced jalapeños and chicharrones, which was a nice surprise.
Queso: I added this after realizing my fries needed something to help them. Unfortunately, it was almost $7 for a very small cup. It felt like a waste and didn’t really help improve the fries much.
I’ve eaten here before, and each time I’ve hoped for a better experience. Sadly, this will be my last visit. I’m not someone who typically writes reviews, but this meal was disappointing enough that I felt the need to share.

Second visit. We liked the taste of food (except that the grande dip was not hot enough and was VERY thin with almost no taste of cheese in it). Tostada ceviche Mixed and Street corn were great. Service was good and the prices are reasonable. Definitely coming back.
