Great food and service!
I've been going here for 3 years now. Never had a bad experience. Their California burrito is better than anything you'd ever get in that state. I know because I lived in San Diego for four years.

It was our first time dining here and everything was just perfect. Our server Letty was so kind and attentive! The food was delicious. I ordered the carne azada and it was fireeeee!!! My boyfriend ordered the chile verde and it was also really good. The horchata was delicious as well. Good music and good clean atmosphere! Hoping to come back here and try their other food!

I really shouldnt tell people how great this lil spot is, cuz then it will get as famous and grand as the food is and we'll never get in anymore! But this place is so good I have to give a shout out to their excellentè food, peoples and atmosphere! Everytime we go to VaBeach now, we stop here for eats! Their food is out of this world good! It should be on one of those TV Dine n shows already. Im going down the menu every time we visit and havnt had one thing that isnt exceptional! Love this place. And the people that operate it are the most hospitable and friendly you will meet. All very affordable too. Love this place. Evsry single time we visit VaBeach!!

Great food and friendly staff. Shared fajitas for 2 with the hubs. Plenty of meat and veggies to feed both of us with some leftover. Strawberry blackberry margarita was great. Attentive staff that made sure your drink and chips/dip stayed topped off. Cheese dip was flavorful and not thin.

Found this gem right down from the antique mall we were at. My grandson wanted nachos and it had a good rating. Well the rating should be a 5! From the moment we walked it we were greeted like family. I knew we hit the jackpot when I cut into the tamale and knew at once it was homemade and Roy confirmed they are made by his mother with LOVE and you can tell. We had already starred eating before I remembered to take pics but the beef and cheese nachos, taco (missing because I gobbled it down lol) and tamale were perfect. Salsa is definitely on point. If you are in the area please give them a try you will not be disappointed. We will be back for sure. Oh and the sweeet tea hit the spot too!

Restaurantji Recommends
Nice people and OK food, but lighted with cold white (blue white) LED lighting. I first saw it at night, and based on the cold blue lighting, thought it was a garage. I almost didn’t go in, based on the atmosphere. I recommend it IF they replace the cold-white lighting with warm-white 2,000-degree LED lights.

Used to come here every week but moved 45 mins away. When I’m in the area, I always come and order takeout. A few days ago, my roommate and I ordered some food to go. My dog was sick so I ordered him plain chicken and told the staff, TWICE. They said they’d make sure no seasoning would be on the chicken and that it would be plain. We spent $72 for everything. Get to the car and open what was supposed to be plain chicken to taste it and realize, it was not plain at all. Took the food back inside and told them we couldn’t feed this chicken to my dog. They said that it was plain and that it was cooked on the grill flattop, so that was “the seasoning” and refused to remake it plain.
Honestly, we should have just went to the grocery store to get some canned chicken for him, which is what we ended up doing anyway. But thoroughly disappointed with the staff arguing about the chicken. Bro just remake it in a chef pan. Which they should’ve done in the first place.
It really is the best Mexican in town. But I won’t be returning after receiving that service and the “argument”. Super disappointed.
