Graze is our favorite lunch / brunch spot in Virginia Beach. We love the location, because we can walk / bike to eat a delicious and healthy lunch. The daily soup and lunch specials are by far the best option and are well created and unique! On a busy day, I love ordering one of their two dinners to go. The dinners are amazing and so much food. My favorite part is they deliver it straight to my house. What is not to love! Shelley and her team are amazing, so go enjoy Graze!

Having Graze Kitchen cater my wedding was one of the best decisions we made. They crafted a gluten-free farm-to-table menu specifically for my husband and I's tastes. Everyone raved about the food at the wedding. Multiple people said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. One friend commented "there are few meals I will remember forever, but that was one of them." Not only was the food insanely delicious but the entire team was professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. If you're getting married in Hampton Roads, or hosting an event of any kind, do yourself a favor and book Graze Kitchen!

Pass the little offices on the right and go up the little road . Graze Kitchen is there. Never knew that !!!! How amazing is the food, everything was so very fresh I got a sandwich “top of the hill” with turkey, and potato salad . Everyone enjoyed their food. I would highly recommend this location for lunch. Great

The Sunrise Sandwich was absolutely delicious! The Coconut Cake was to die for. TO-DIE-FOR! The kids and I will go back for another slice one of these days. Lovely atmosphere with a bit of a view of the ocean (albeit in the distance). Excellent service. Healthy, and nutritious food (except the cakes..:) and locally sourced ingredients, I strongly recommend Graze Kitchen!I should add that this was one of the best meals I've had in VA beach!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options available.Parking: Tons of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed a ramp entrance on the side of the building.

I think this place deserves 10 stars out of 5. It is an interesting place, with great food, reallllllllly relaxing atmosphere to massage your brain with food.
This place is a hidden gem in Virginia Beach. The food was amazingly fresh and flavorful. The ambiance brought you back to earlier times and relaxing days and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious meal while overlooking the ocean on a gorgeous day. Simply delightful!

Really quality food with excellent gluten-free options! Most of all, incredible service. They had given me regular bread instead of GF bread in our take out order and when I called to clarify when we got home, they had someone drive out to give us the correct sandwich. Above and beyond!

LOVE this hidden treasure! We discovered Graze Kitchen when a neighbor sent us a healthy catered dinner. The Blueberry Lemon pound cake is hands down the best you'll ever have. Dare I say, it's super 'moist'. Delicious, healthy salads and smoothies. Delectable grilled cheese if you're not in a healthy mood. 5 shining stars!

This little kitchen cranks out some very tasty sandwiches, soups, and bowls. Try the Tico Bowl for a healthy and filling lunch. Also recommend the California Reuben and ask about the daily specials. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
