Grits To Gumbo

my food was very seasoned very good hot and fresh I will most definitely be coming back..

Not how I wanted to spend my last night of vacation. We ordered 2 pop's breakfast plates and one kids chicken tender meal. It took 2 hours to get our order. I understand he is working alone but a 2 hour wait on a food truck is way too much. I wanted a refund but had seen him ignore someone else who asked for one.
That is time I can't get back. If I knew I it would take even half that time, I would have never ordered.

Found this gem on Langley AFB. The gumbo is simply amazing! Rich, creamy, & spicy, but not too spicy. Just outstanding seafood flavor! Would prefer a larger portion for the bowl at that price, but its still worth it....just that good! I will back!

The food was on point. I was born and raised in the Charleston and his Shrimp and Grits was to die for. The Gumbo was delicious I have Zero complaints. I will return!!! I appreciate the love you put into my food.. FAMU

So far I've tried the Shrimp and Grits and the Shrimp Po Boy and both are absolutely delicious. I look forward to this food truck every week.

If you go to a food truck be willing to wait , because they are working to make your food fresh . That is what I have to say about this truck. He running and cooking alone and the wait is worth the wait lol. Because the food is HOT AND FRESH!!!!! Never disappoint, I have been to him multiple times . So if you see him on base or off stop and pick up some delicious food .

Got to enjoy a breakfast platter and a cup of seafood gumbo from the truck on Fort Eustis. The man can cook. Delicious all around.

Saw this truck stopped at Buckroe Beach and decided to give it a try. Vegan gumbo is FIREEE. so good.

Everything here was absolutely amazing! It was a little hard to find, but they have an entrance at Kung fu tea. We got the shrimp n grits and fish po boy and everything was perfect all the way down to the fries. Super friendly people. Makes me wish I lived here!
