Order kiosk were not user friendly. We canceled our order and left and we won't go back.

The steak burgers are pretty good, better than I expected it to be. The sauce that was on it gave it a distinct flavor
The double char burger smacks its nice and clean and the atmosphere is amazing and Luis the General manager is amazing and very friendly you guys are missing out if you don’t try this place def better than Burger King or McDonald’s and better than five guys but half the price.

Phenomenal service! Ms. Janice and her team went the extra mile to ensure our Char Boxes were fresh, tasty, and ready for our church’s family movie night! They were simply amazing! I will be back again for those yummy salads! Thank you Habit Burger!

Good fresh food (a little salty, but I think that's just me getting old), clean restaurant, exemplary customer service.
the food is great. but there is no way you can contact them on the phone since they use ai. i called because the last time i had ordered they forgot my avacado. i called after i ordered to remind them. and guess what, i couldn’t get ahold of them so they forgot my avacado again. all a girl wants is some avacado on her lettuce wrap
Stopped by The Habit Burger Grill in Virginia Beach and was pleasantly surprised. The BOGO Chicken Club and French fries were just right. The staff—Marcle and Janice—were friendly, and the place was spotless. Prices were fair for the quality—definitely beats most fast food spots. I’ll be back for the BOGO Salad Entrée next time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
