I'm not sure where to even start, hostess had absolutely no presence what so ever, seemed like a 15 year old who clearly had no hospitality experience. The entire place reeked of ash trays, they had no golf tees, no drivers, (were told they were on order) the simulators were inaccurate and quite frankly inadequate. There were more associates in the building than customers but we couldn't get any service because they were horse playing and eating at the bar, we were clearly "second fiddle". Everything we wanted/needed, we had to exit the room and ask for it, we would have ordered food and drinks but the opportunity never presented itself. I could go on and on and on but I'd hope you get the point, this place is a "dumpster fire". Avoid at any/all cost

First time going with a group of 6. Two were my sons. Five Star for service and food. Golf bay is horrible. When you play golf routinely and this bay seemed to be two clubs shorter than actual, it tells me they may be wanting more money since you can not finish a round. 3 played and all 3 play golf, yet when driving a golf ball 190 yds when in reality you are 260-280 this is way off. We know it isn’t real world, but when needing multiple shots it slows down and you run out of time. I gave 3 stars since I can not completely hate this place because of the service. 5 stars for service, 1 Star for the reason why I wanted to go. Truly can not recommend outside of the food and staff, but I will not be returning. Back to Topgolf.

This was a neat place to try out. We enjoyed the simulator, however the (cigar) smoke smell was overwhelming. I would recommend they get some air purification system. The smell makes what would be a great time to an unpleasant experience.

Best wings at the beach by far!!! We had Heaven as our waitress. We ordered original wings, lettuce wraps, and garden salad. The wings were excellent! The lettuce wraps were an explosion of flavors, simply DELICIOUS! Ryan, the chef, came out and chatted with us. Chris, the manager, came over and chatted with us too! We will definitely be back and soon!!! Highly recommend this place to eat, even if you don't play golf. You will leave with a smile on your face and a happy belly!!!

Service was friendly and always there when you needed something. The Sim had a couple glitches, but we had a great time playing. The food was legit restaurant quality, like surprisingly good with excellent presentation (get the Fish in Chips!). There was a smoky smell, which did not bother me, but it could bother some. It was surprisingly quiet there for a cold wet Saturday night. You would think the place would be packed. Not sure why that is, but I highly recommend checking it out. If you get the Groupon gameplay and food pair, just be aware, you can only use one at a time. That was no problem for us because we will definitely be back.

HEROIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon time slot. When I arrived to check in, I was told that there was not a reservation available for me. Due to circumstances beyond Hacker's control, the reservation was not in the reservation system. The owner was on site and gave a clear and acceptable explanation as to why there was not a reservation. Even though the mix up was not Hacker's fault, the management and staff went way above and beyond to rectify the situation and provide a solution to my satisfaction and beyond my expectation for customer service. I want to thank Edward, Kayla, Patty and Ivory for their wonderful customer service. The food, drinks and service were all excellent. I will definitely return to Hacker's and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go there.

I came in with a reservation and a groupon for 2 hours for up to 8 people, along with a food groupon. They don't tell me untill after i ordered and played that I could only use one of them. It doesn't say anywhere you can only use one and I told them I had the groupns before I ordered. I take off the money for the food and they then try to charge me 80$ for a burger and two drinks. Apparently there is a "large party" fee even for a groupon they tried to charge me 35$ for. There was no warning of this. So it cost 45$ for a burger and two drinks. I will never be coming back to this place even though I still have a 30$ Food voucher. Also I asked to speak to the manager, but i assume he was to nervous to come and talk to the customers. Terrible way to treat customers, even though my waiter and the person charging us were great. Management and ownership need a reality check. Also my burger was over cooked, and my friends was still raw. Top Golf is by far a better experience.

I'm sure Hackers is probably a wonderful place to enjoy, and i hope others will not have the same experience. However, we were thoroughly unimpressed and really just considering getting the Groupon refunded. If the young lady that was working the front desk around 2pm yesterday is any indication of what the service will be like during a typical visit, then I would caution the next patron to possibly looking into other entertainment options, where you're greeted by a smile and a sense of gratefulness that you've decided to spend your hard earned money there. I don't know... maybe I'm just old schooled.

Oh man, this place is special. Kylie gave outstanding service the entire time. She gave great recommendations and made sure i was satisfied. The chef went above and beyond to make sure my meal was made just right, and came to check on me. I'm definitely going to check out some of their specials the next time I come visit, and I'll bring my friends by when they come in town to visit.

Food is GREAT, chef is to be commended! I would swear they dont even own a freezer because the food was SO FRESH! Fish and Chips were huge portions of fish! Great beverage choices and just enough on Tap to have something for everyone.
Simulators are the highest tier About Golf systems, and bays are cozy and not cramped! We got a tour of the VIP room which is perfect for small parties and even has a Pour My Beer tap system in there along with getting a dedicated server.
Staff was great, fast, and made sure we checked on but not hovered over. All in all this is my teams new favorite lunch, dinner and entertainment location for when we are on assignment here. We look forward to retuning again and again.
