I highly recommend this place. I got to try a number of their items and everything was great. The chicken sandwich with pimento cheese was surprisingly good and so was the sausage gravy I used to put on my fries. Don’t judge me, it’s my cheat day. The prices are a bit higher than the bigger chains. But the chicken pieces are thick, well cooked, and have a lot of flavor. I will for sure come back to try other menu items.

We ordered the chicken sandwich and hella fitz. The chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. I was a little nervous to try this location bc of the mixed reviews I've read. We ordered to-go and enjoyed it so much. My bf was over the moon w his biscuit.

Me and my man went here for brunch ish and his sandwich was amazing, he got something jalapeños and pimento cheese. I got some sandwich with MUSTARD and y’all I cannot stress enough.. it was too much! I like mustard and they had some specialty mustard and it sounded fire.. did not realize how strong and how MUCH THEY WOULD PUT ON THERE. I had to scrape most of it off to actually enjoy it.. I couldn’t taste anything other than this mustard. Coffee and fries and his sandwich were great. Just saying unless you want to taste nothing but mustard, avoid that sandwich.. we’re definitely going back to get something different. Staff is very friendly, and it’s rather roomy in there.

TRASH. I’m here at the Thalia location, not sure what they’re selling I see nothing unusual or different about this place. A biscuit slapped together with a piece of chicken thigh egg and some bacon. Like I can go to Chic FiLa down the street. WAY OVERPRICED! Place is joke don’t waste your time! Might want to close up and move back to Norfolk!

Food was delicious. My kids and I usually don't find decent biscuits. This place ended up having delicious biscuits. The chicken was perfectly breaded and seasoned as well as juicy. The loaded fries were amazing. My kids said we have to keep coming back. Staff was very friendly and always smiling. Keep up the great work!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Handsome Biscuit. I go there occasionally and have consistently been pleased with the service and the food. I recently catered an event with Handsome Biscuit, and everyone there LOVED it. The order (placed 48 hours in advance) was easy to place online and 100% ready for me when I arrived at the appointed time to pick up. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was beautifully packaged for take-away and remained hot and delicious... gaining me 9 new best-friends! LOL. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, HB!

This is the best chicken sandwich in Hampton Roads. The Fowl Play is utter perfection. The biscuits are phenomenal and you should include this in your rotation for an indulgent breakfast biscuit or quick lunch.
