I sat in line behind another customer in drive thru for at least 10-15 minutes before they even took that persons order. I went ahead and ordered on the app to make things go faster while I was already waiting in line. I finally get to the speaker only to immediately be told to hold on. I sat there for another 5 minutes. I get to the window only to be told to pull around the corner and had to wait another 5-10 minutes.

This is my third time coming I don't know why I keep coming I think it's the closest thing to my client as far as breakfast that's inexpensive and you can drive through to it but I will never come back here they had me be pulled to the side two different times that I've come here I'm order food and the meat be cold in the middle or the cheese is not melted and them saying you have to request a cheese to be melted on a grilled cheese sandwich is ridiculous, been a cook came out to address me like things are going to be easier and better when all I want you to do is fix my food and let me leave I have things to do. Never again

They have ZERO care for serving a good product/meal to their consumers. The food is cold and over cooked. Fries are usually cold. I got a meal with 2 double cheese burgers yesterday and the burgers were cold and very over cooked or they had been sitting around for a while, the cheese wasn't even melted a little bit. I drive to a different location normally even though this location being closer to me due to poor food quality. I've called the franchise owners to no avail. Managers are inconsistent and change often as do employees.
I guess you get what you pay for at this location, which isnt much.

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant in years but my stomach was was telling me to eat something at about 10am this morning. So I decided to try a new breakfast biscuit, I ordered the smoked sausage and egg biscuit & it was fresh and hot and it was delicious, would I repeat that order that's a FAT YES!!!!

I go occasionally for the bacon biscuit. I went last Thursday at 9:30 and the drive-thru line had a long line of cars so I went inside and long line as well. They must have been very short handed. I was in a hurry, so bad timing. Im leaving a review mainly because they had less than half of the bacon as usual, and it was limp not crispy at all. Unhealthy but I crave one a couple times a year.

Honestly I would give negative stars if I could. The only reason I still go to this store is because I work next-door and it’s convenient. Every time I go, there it is an issue. The food takes an incredibly long time to receive. One time it took over an hour. And it’s always wrong. Every single time. Today it was fast (for a change), but I was given a medium meal instead of a large. When I brought it to the ladies attention, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. The employees are rude, and they seem like they hate their jobs. They treat customers like they’re a nuisance for choosing to go there. By far the worst place you can choose to eat in Virginia Beach.

They put no priority on their online orders at all and are so far behind on everyone’s orders EVERY time. This isn’t my first issue with them, but the fact that my order was supposed to be ready half an hour ago and the person the food is for is on a time constraint, it’s not worth their cost at all. Will likely never come back here because it’s ridiculous at best. They pulled food from already waiting orders to fulfill drivethru orders just coming in, making everyone who ordered awhile ago wait even longer.

Austin's took our order and made it ,he labled the bags and knew who was who he was fast and the attention to detail was brilliant, when he brought our food out asked us if we needed anything else even though it was just him, he took his time and was still amazingly good at his job. Thank you Austin hope you get a raise!!

Slowest Hardee's ever. Staff not helpful. Pull up to order, and you're asked to hold like you're on making a phone call. You can wait 3-5 minutes. There can be no car at the window and people are sitting in line waiting to order at the microphone. Food is not as good as it used to be. Crossed off my list and I'm going to Dunkin donuts next door. They are usually quick and the quality is consistent.
