Slowest Hardee's ever. Staff not helpful. Pull up to order, and you're asked to hold like you're on making a phone call. You can wait 3-5 minutes. There can be no car at the window and people are sitting in line waiting to order at the microphone. Food is not as good as it used to be. Crossed off my list and I'm going to Dunkin donuts next door. They are usually quick and the quality is consistent.

They can definitely do better. The young lady who took my order wasn’t very friendly and the food was gross. I was told to pull up and wait by the door. I waited for about 10-15 minutes hoping I was getting fresh food. They forgot my fries and went I got back to work to eat, my chicken tenders were cold and soggy. Still confused on what I was waiting on if it wasn’t fresh. Not coming back after this experience. I would’ve asked for a refund but she also didn’t give me a receipt.

I stopped by to see if any of my old friends were there. I used to be the general manager and was in the area so I stopped by. I got to see Mr. Vince. Great guy. He's been around for years. I met the new GM Celina. She was pretty cool.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals with a toy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps but might need assistance getting on and out of doors.
My wife and I go through the drive through, and it takes between fifteen to thirty minutes, once it took forty five minutes, to get our order, I would have left if I could get out of line! I often have to go back in to get fresh fries, we like the food but we’re thinking about not coming there anymore,

Try to get a milkshake when I went to pay for the lady asked to take my phone so she could go tap it at the drive-through unfortunately my phone will not work without my Face ID so they could not complete my order. I don’t understand why you couldn’t just have a tap or at the counter for people that are inside the restaurant just makes no sense to me. You might want to think about updating this issue so people that are in the dining room can pay at the counter without giving their phone up.

DO NOT GO HERE! 20 minute wait for two items with rude service. Acted like they were inconvenienced by me choosing to eat there. The workers are definitely not there to work and totally oblivious. Unbelievably terrible. Somehow got my order wrong and came out cold after all that lol!!! One of the most poorly run restaurants in the VB area
