3/18/25, Went inside this morning about 9:30am and ordered 2 sausage egg biscuits. Got home and I was very disappointed...these sandwiches were either cooked yesterday or very early this morning. The exposed egg was dried out and changing color and the bread was dried out around the edges. I Didn't have time to take it back and had to trash it.I will always ask for fresh cooked from now on! Hardee's quality is dying.

Came to order my food. All I wanted was a large ice tea and apple turnover. Cashier stated it would take 8 minutes because they didn’t have any more ready. I waited forever learn 20 minutes. This is not the first time they’ve been lacking of customer service. On a previous visit they closed at 9:50 when they are supposed to close at 10. Please fix this issue immediately

I love a mushroom and Swiss burger. The fries are also fantastic. It's a bit dated inside but even at lunch rush the wait wasn't too long.

Went here tonight (2/17) and let me tell you about this very horrible service! The lady in there with the goldish blond dreads that were in 2 buns on the top of her head had the WORST damn attitude. Her demeanor was so terrible we decided to get a refund on our food. And when I asked for a refund her response was to me "you making us waste food". And with that response I am happy I got a refund. I have been an HR director for many years and she would not be someone who represents the face or voice my company. She was even being short with the customers in the drive thru. Like lady change your attitude and everything else will fall into place... DAMN!!!

Honestly would give zero if I could rude. Waited 20 mins for my food and the burgers barely had anything on them and when we returned them we had a attitude from the linebacker girl but the male manager was kind and refunded us

Biscuits were dry and not tasty. And I paid $4 for the 4 pack of cinnamon rolls but the drive thru guy only gave me one, one hard nasty tiny cinnamon roll. There is a reason besides inflation of why people don't get fast food anymore and this is it. It's sad when Wawa has a better biscuit than Hardee's does. I'm sitting here hoping I don't get food poisoning. Do Not Go To Hardee's To Eat Especially This Hardee's. The only thing good was the fast service but when your orders is wrong and nasty then who cares.
40 minutes. That's how long me and my fiancee were just sitting in the parking lot waiting after we came out of their drive thru. It was a total of like six items, and we placed a mobile order 5-10 minutes before then. If they didn't receive our order or were having issues that's fine, but for us to be sitting there for 30 minutes before someone even came out was infuriating

I ordered 2 of the fried chicken platters threw tge drive threw and took it home. I spent 26.00 and some change for the worst food we ever ate. My sister barely touched hers and I ate very little of mine. It left a nasty greasy film in my. It tasted like the fryer hadn't been cleaned in months. The fries were hard so was the chicken. I'm done with u Hardee's and I live just a few miles from there but I'm done. Better luck ya all if u eat there
