The host was somewhat rude when ordering and getting food. She seemed to be rushing us for apparently no reason. We ordered 2 Super Star burgers, neither had any condiments on them which we specifically ordered. A truly bad experience today. Probably my last visit to Hardee’s

I ordered from Hardee’s and the food was great except the cinnamon and raisin biscuits. They didn’t put the sauce on the biscuits and that was disappointing. That mistake messed up my whole morning and then when I tried calling them they wouldn’t answer . It could have been because they were busy . They made it where you can’t even call them to at least correct the mistake. I’m never ordering from them again. Money waisted like that . This is unacceptable . Smh

So, I went into this Hardee’s this morning and spent $35 and some change for 4 biscuits and gravy, 4 sausage with egg biscuits and 4 hash rounds. And guess what, of course the hash rounds were not in there. If the manager and the woman working the register weren’t to worried about talking with another customer about getting another job.. maybe my order would have been right. Service in most all fast food joints are horrible these days. Maybe worry about doing the job you have now correctly before going to another job and ruining it there too. Order placed Tuesday morning September 9, 2025.

BRodeo broham they offer breakfast until noon. That's right. I said noon every single day of the week. Had me a couple of biscuits and gravy on the two for five menu. Absolutely amazing. I shove some hash browns in there and it was the perfect meal.

Every time I go to this Hardee's they are out of stock of something, I tried 3 times in the past three weeks and every time they were out of half the drinks and half the breakfast menu. Its that or their drive through computer isn’t working

3/18/25, Went inside this morning about 9:30am and ordered 2 sausage egg biscuits. Got home and I was very disappointed...these sandwiches were either cooked yesterday or very early this morning. The exposed egg was dried out and changing color and the bread was dried out around the edges. I Didn't have time to take it back and had to trash it.I will always ask for fresh cooked from now on! Hardee's quality is dying.

Came to order my food. All I wanted was a large ice tea and apple turnover. Cashier stated it would take 8 minutes because they didn’t have any more ready. I waited forever learn 20 minutes. This is not the first time they’ve been lacking of customer service. On a previous visit they closed at 9:50 when they are supposed to close at 10. Please fix this issue immediately

I love a mushroom and Swiss burger. The fries are also fantastic. It's a bit dated inside but even at lunch rush the wait wasn't too long.

Went here tonight (2/17) and let me tell you about this very horrible service! The lady in there with the goldish blond dreads that were in 2 buns on the top of her head had the WORST damn attitude. Her demeanor was so terrible we decided to get a refund on our food. And when I asked for a refund her response was to me "you making us waste food". And with that response I am happy I got a refund. I have been an HR director for many years and she would not be someone who represents the face or voice my company. She was even being short with the customers in the drive thru. Like lady change your attitude and everything else will fall into place... DAMN!!!
