The person taking the order must hate her job. She is unfriendly, rude, very short. If she can't be kind she should find another job. I ordered a chill dog,it came on 1/2 a bun no mustard,no ketchup, very little chilli,cold fries, terrible diet Coke!

What 30 mins for one order just ridiculous every time i come it’s a wait over 20 mins and I have to park please do better idk what’s going on but this is the worst location

The absolute worst service I've ever received at Hardee's this evening. We placed an order for pickup ASAP, which gave an estimated pickup time of 6:37. I understand that is an estimate. Upon arrival in sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I get to the window and was asked if I forgot something. We advised no. We spoke to somebody at the speaker. We placed an online order and then we were parked saying they were just waiting on fries(lie #1). 7:25 is when we finally received our food, after calling and being told we're bagging it the apple turnovers just came up about to bring it out (lie #2), 5 min pass we proceeded to go into the store just to stand and wait another 10 minutes before finally getting our food. There was one lady running the show doing her best while all her male coworkers were standing in the back not helping her at all. I feel bad for that woman. She was doing an exceptional job and was getting no help but at the same time what is the point of placing an online order arriving to wait over 45 minutes to get the food? And to top it off, our order was made incorrectly! I hope someone reaches out to me because something needs to be done at this location to improve service and earn my business back. That woman deserves recognition and her co-workers deserve to be punished.

Update: As you can see Hardee's replied below. I did as asked and followed up giving additional details. I still have yet to receive a response or resolution to my complaint. No one has reached out to rectify anything.

They tried to charge me for a super bacon biscuit when I only got the folded egg . I went in twice before they said they didn’t have the fried egg. They suck

My husband went there this morning and they served him biscuits that were hard. He requested his money back after taking a bite and realizing how hard the biscuit was. The cashier and manager were very rude and unprofessional, stating that they couldn't give a refund because he took a bite. Basically said they would replace with something else. Then they gave the bag he had back to him and said the biscuits would be ready so he trashed the bag because he thought the bad food was in it. He sit there waiting for the fresh food and no one gave him anything. So he took the receipt and told them he just wanted his money back and the manager just basically refused all his money back because he took a bite out of the food, he ended up so aggravated that he told them to just keep the money. Sounds like the owner of this business needs to get better employees. It's the consumers that keep you in business. Stop serving crap food that people spend their hard earned dollars on. If you wouldn't eat it yourself don't serve it to others!
