Zeros stars for this Hardee's location. Waited so long until I was attended. Got home with my order to find out my fries weren't even fresh for my long wait and my sweet tea wasn't even sweet. My sweet tea was literally watery. Never coming to this Hardee's location again

Why have two drive thru lanes? I went to lanes number two but for the past three weekends they have asked me to drive around to lane one. After doing that, I was asked to pull up to the lane two window. I was trying to be in lane two to begin with. Im not sure why I'm asked to drive around the store extra times as well as trying to get from window 1 to window 2 having to reverse. Just to wait 15 more seconds. I get trying to fake the numbers of drive thru timers, but it takes more time to force me to drive around the building to then take my order and have me pull up to the lane two window. Its just a terrible experience everytime. Why have two lanes if I can't willingly use either lane, then I'm forced to use the other one, to the end up being forced to go to the one I originally wanted to go.

Not nice, not fast, mostly “go away.” This restaurant has been open until 10pm for the past year since it was redone, yet anytime in the last few months when I get there at 9:45pm, 9:30pm, and now tonight 9:05pm, they keep saying through the speaker that they are closed, even though the hours displayed still say 10pm - and even though the menus are still lit AND people are still waiting at the windows on food. THIS is what you get when you leave high school teenagers unsupervised on night shift - they don’t want to work! Any other time when I came earlier than that, it’s at least 10+ minutes just for a gross tasting chicken sandwich, or a sadly thrown-together burger with cheap tasting ingredients. I am totally over this place. Avoid this Hardee’s if at all possible! (or all of them, if this is what their food and service are like)

Went to pick up my breakfast this morning that i had ordered through the app. When i got inside, there was a line that no one was tending to. My food wasn’t in the pick up area, even though the app said that the order was completed. There was no one to talk to so i wasn’t able to get my food. Tried to put a complaint in the app but that wasn’t possible to do. Also, employees were complaining LOUDLY about customers I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!

So I thought this would be nice and fast because I had an appt I needed to get to. Come to find out, after I place my order, a group of 4 ladies came and ordered their food and they got it within 5 minutes. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for my food and another person was waiting near 30 minutes before me. All the time that I was waiting the workers behind the counter were talking about a lot of personal issues and they were so loud about it the other maybe 5 people in the restaurant could hear it. I will not be going back to the location because of their behavior and the lack to show respect of others. They weren't attentive and my food was quit cold too.

The person taking the order must hate her job. She is unfriendly, rude, very short. If she can't be kind she should find another job. I ordered a chill dog,it came on 1/2 a bun no mustard,no ketchup, very little chilli,cold fries, terrible diet Coke!

The absolute worst service I've ever received at Hardee's this evening. We placed an order for pickup ASAP, which gave an estimated pickup time of 6:37. I understand that is an estimate. Upon arrival in sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I get to the window and was asked if I forgot something. We advised no. We spoke to somebody at the speaker. We placed an online order and then we were parked saying they were just waiting on fries(lie #1). 7:25 is when we finally received our food, after calling and being told we're bagging it the apple turnovers just came up about to bring it out (lie #2), 5 min pass we proceeded to go into the store just to stand and wait another 10 minutes before finally getting our food. There was one lady running the show doing her best while all her male coworkers were standing in the back not helping her at all. I feel bad for that woman. She was doing an exceptional job and was getting no help but at the same time what is the point of placing an online order arriving to wait over 45 minutes to get the food? And to top it off, our order was made incorrectly! I hope someone reaches out to me because something needs to be done at this location to improve service and earn my business back. That woman deserves recognition and her co-workers deserve to be punished.
Update: As you can see Hardee's replied below. I did as asked and followed up giving additional details. I still have yet to receive a response or resolution to my complaint. No one has reached out to rectify anything.
