What is up with this location? Since they closed the one down the street in the Home Depot parking lot I have tried this one three times. It takes forever to get an order placed in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window only two people appeared to be working. When I got to work my sausage biscuit was not in the bag with the other combo I ordered. I'm not even going back. Empty blown out sign in the drive thru (maybe you should either repair or take out so it doesn't look so ghetto). The HD location was the exact opposite. Super fast, if it was a long line it was moving. What happened to that crew? Maybe at least one should be placed in this location. Sad. It will be Bojangles from now on....

I keep coming back and craving Hardee's. The food here is so good but I really want to shout out to a particular employee cause everytime I go there he is on point with my orders and so polite and goes the extra mile(I wish I knew his name, I went october 18th and around 7:30pm Oct 19th)

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best fast food breakfast I’ve eaten in a very long time. Far surpasses both McDonald and Burger King. This is my new favorite fast food restaurant.

The gentleman working the cash register and drive-thru window on 6/29 around 12:45 truly deserves recognition. His communication skills are outstanding, and he consistently treats both customers and his team with respect. I was impressed by how calmly and efficiently he handled challenges—whether it was ensuring I received my order in a timely manner or addressing issues like customers not speaking clearly into the drive-thru mic. He maintained a courteous and composed demeanor throughout, always using “please” and “thank you” with genuine sincerity. It's rare to see someone manage a fast-paced environment with such professionalism and kindness. He absolutely deserves a raise or at the very least, acknowledgment for his excellent service.

I will get this out of the way, the food is good, zero complaints, but I stopped going to this location long ago because of constant issues. I don’t know if it had to do with staffing, but they would just close and lick the doors without any sign, they would sometimes just not respond to the drive thru, and the last time I ever went, they were extremely short with me, didn’t want to help me figure out what was on what or how much something would cost all together, very simple things, and I was the only one there and it still took more than twenty minutes to get my food, just chicken tenders. It was for all I could see just two people who would rather talk than take my order, process the payment, or even give me a chance to ask for sauce let alone asking me like every other place I have been. That was one of the worst experiences, and I wish it was a fluke. I vowed never to go to this location again because regardless of who was working, it’s like they were trying to make me leave without ordering.

went to my normal biscuit spot on Sunday morning may 11th get home open up the food and the biscuit is heart shaped and stale
the heart shaped biscuit was from a February promotion.
i live nearby and have been going there for years. idk wtf they are thinking but im not going back ever again
the people are great, its obv mgmt/ownership problem, greedy fuchs
