I keep coming back and craving Hardee's. The food here is so good but I really want to shout out to a particular employee cause everytime I go there he is on point with my orders and so polite and goes the extra mile(I wish I knew his name, I went october 18th and around 7:30pm Oct 19th)

The gentleman working the cash register and drive-thru window on 6/29 around 12:45 truly deserves recognition. His communication skills are outstanding, and he consistently treats both customers and his team with respect. I was impressed by how calmly and efficiently he handled challenges—whether it was ensuring I received my order in a timely manner or addressing issues like customers not speaking clearly into the drive-thru mic. He maintained a courteous and composed demeanor...

It took 15 minutes to get my order, but the cashier was very apologetic and even gave me an extra order of fries. I would have settled for sweet tea because he gave me unsweetened and no straw. The food was hot and delicious. The fries were a bit on the extra salty side, so I had to take a lot of the salt off. The taxes on the meal were ridiculous.69 cents for a $5.99 meal.
