Exactly what you expect out of Hardee's when it comes to breakfast. Staff were pretty quick on taking and pushing out orders. No issues with the contents of my orders and the food was pretty good. I haven't had Hardee's in a long time but I always loved the loaded omelet biscuit. Although, I was pretty disappointed to see it is smaller than it used to be. I guess they had to reduce how much they put into the biscuits due to inflation. But it's still a good place to grab a quick breakfast. The loaded omelet and the chicken biscuits never disappoint. Hope this helps!

How hard is it to fix the coke machine in the lobby? No excuses!
Last night I went through drive thru and ordered a BLTfrisco combo, a Star burger combo and hot ham and cheese sandwich. I went home put combos on plates for me and hubby and began to eat. After taking several bites of the star burger( I think that’s what it was called) I glanced down and the meat was almost raw. I thought I was gonna throw up. Anyone who knows me will tell you I like my burgers well well done. The Pattie is very thin to begin with so to be so uncooked and red it was not on grill for long at all. then flipped. i was so surprised because this as hardees!! Home of the charbroiled burger!! i tried to take a bite out of the BLTFrisco but that too was pinkish. so for 32.00 and some change i got a couple bites from a cold ham and cheese and felt like i was gonna get sick the rest of the nighy

Horrible experience thanks to the manager Stanley. We went thru the drive thru and paid and received our 2 combos and just needed our 2 extra coffees. Then we were told for the first time that there was a 10 min wait in the coffee all of a sudden after the fact We told him we had a 10 month old baby in car and would just rather have a refund for just the coffee he replied that it was against policy and we had to refund the entire meal and take our order back to throw it away. Isnt policy to inform people while ordering a wait time and not after? This guys attitude is horrible he yelled at a young mom with her child in the car and then acted like he didn't do anything wrong and threaten to call the police if we didn't just leave with out a refund or the coffees like a crazy person. Why didn't he tell us there was a 10 min wait to begin with we they took pur order? How is that the customers fualt. Once he realized there was another man in the car his entire attitude changed. Then knowing he was in the wrong didn't do anything when we had to go back in to the store to reorder the same order minus the coffee infont of him after he trashes the original order to cover up the fact he never said there was a wait on the coffee... hr needs to deal with guy before it ruins the location. Even the employees there were commenting how he's rude and put of control. Stay away from this location if Stanley is on the clock simple as that.

If you are a Bacon lover, I've found the Monster Burger to be the most Bacon adorned of all the Bacon Burgers, with the 2 1/4pound Angus Charbroiled patties, YUMMM.
