Looks like I was given the wrong order and this looks nothing like the picture what is going on bread not even toasted

Awful experience. I ordered 8 biscuits. 2 juices. After waiting in parking lot. As told. I went inside after 30 minutes to see what was going on. My biscuits were sitting under the warmer in a bag. All wrapped in wrong wrappers and wrong biscuits inside. Awful service with no apologies. He said he gave me juice already which he did not! I spent 43$ for this mess. Get it together and train your staff !. Manager where are you? I would like a refund for this !

Just ordered my food not too long after lunch started so I'm really disappointed that my food was prepared this way. My hot dog came with barely any chili. The bun was cut completely so when I attempted to pick it up of course it fell apart. My fries were not hot at all. My double cheeseburger had more onions than burger. However my order taker was very pleasant and Sprite was delicious

I’m gonna need you to fire the cook that makes the burritos and omelettes and everything in the morning you need a new cook. This man doesn’t put meat in there. The eggs be overcooked. This is the worst location to get breakfast at. Do not come to this location. Take him out of the kitchen, put him on a register

The date is 7/31/25. I went in to get breakfast, the two dudes up front were nice. The food was decent enough. My problem lies with who I assume was the manager on duty. The lady is a problem, yelling and cursing at one of the front employees. Keep in mind, there are kids within the restaurant as it's happening. He brought up how her energy was bringing everyone down, and he was not wrong. She proceeded to kick him off his shift. You can tell she is a miserable person. I know the fast food industry well (my wife is a GM, training DM for Wendys)and she is the type of manager who will bring your store down. This Hardees will fall like the one on Kempsville. It won't be covid's fault though, it'll be this woman. I had no interaction with her, yet I do not want fo return for breakfast knowing she might be there. Other than that, food was good and like I said the two guys up front were solid.

Terrible service! I went through the drive-through. I tried to order chicken sandwich and the person behind the drive-through monitor said rudely I gotta cook it! I asked him what do you mean you have to cook it of course I want it cooked and then he goes again. I have to cook it and I have to ask again. What do you mean? Of course I want it cooked then he tells me it’s gonna take 5 to 10 minutes to cook a chicken sandwich. Why have this on your menu when you can’t even serve it never will I go back to this place I haven’t been to our Hardee’s in 10 years. I thought I’d try them out again, but I guess not terrible place never going back.

I went here to pick up a delivery order and it was absolutely downpouring outside. So I went to the drive thru so the customers ordered wouldn't get drenched. When the lady at the drive thru gave me the order, she was very rude and said in a very snooty tone that she doesn't care if I get soaked or the customers food, next time don't come to her drive thru. There was a much more professional way to handle it, but, she chose to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Will be telling others not to come here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 SINGLE bacon cheeseburger meals medium sized. GOT CHARGED for a double bacon cheeseburger meal. It took over 30 minutes for my order and that was with waiting 20 minutes before I received it the first time. Upon going in to correct my order as they gave me the wrong burgers (they gave me 2 double cheeseburgers) they told me that was the correct order. I showed them it was not and it took them another 10-15 to correct that order. I assumed it would be correct as they told me it would be. Instead I got YET ANOTHER BATCH of double cheeseburgers only this time with bacon. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I will never again be returning as I spent nearly $20 for food that isn't even what I ordered. I wasted money. I'm extremely upset as it isn't a difficult order to get right. I've worked in the food industry for many years and understand mistakes happen, but this is insanity. A doordasher who was there while I was ALSO received the wrong order and they said he received my order. They couldn't seem to communicate enough to each other to understand who needed what. Very unprofessional and like I was a bother to even be inside the establishment. overall a 0/10 experience and am very upset with how the whole situation was handled.
