I asked for fresh hash browns and was served lukewarm hash rows at best. The sausage egg and cheese was terrible. The biscuit old and crusty. The girl at the window acted like I had to please her instead of Hardee's pleasing the customer. Respectfully Jason Mark Johnson

Fried chicken wasn't cooked. Always something wrong when I come. Usually they say they not cooking chicken and it's 730pm so I don't understand why wouldn't a 20 piece be cooked at that time when the customer is willing to wait and your not near closing time. But last night was my 1st time back in a couple months and I was hoping it be different but I think yall have put a bad taste in my mouth literally I thought the chicken felt soft but bit into it anyway. I had to recook it in my air fryer which defeated the point of me coming out. I didn't want to cook.

This location has got to be the worst! The service is trash and multiple times I come and my ham sandwich that comes in the bag literally has one slice of deli meat ham! Half of the people that work here has the absolute worst attitude!
