I ordered from here due to my go to Chinese was closed .. Chicken was old & dry seemed to be refried rice was hard gravy was bland with no taste for 20$ will not be returning

Still a great experience with the food here, had the hot and spicy tofu and orange chicken. Definitely worth a try.

As a native New Yorker I have high expectations when it comes to Chinese food. This restaurant has the best food in Virginia Beach hands down. Always fresh , hot and flavorful. I ordered from here all the time when I worked in the area and it was always amazing. The owner is always pleasant and even went out of her way to have an order delivered for me that may have been a bit out of their normal delivery range. I appreciate the food and the service this is definitely my go to place for the best Chinese takeout

Everything was fried too long. Burnt crunchy fries and egg rolls were in too long. Just a bad experience for me. I heard good things but not so good today. We all have bad days

We have ordered from here for years. We've watched the quality and flavor go down hill and have been looking for alternatives. Tonight sealed it. We ordered $50 of food for delivery. We were told they were busy so it would be 45 min to 1 hour. Ok. We ordered at 5:20. At 6:30 no food. We called to check at 6:45 and we're told it would be here "real quick" . 7:00 no food. We called AGAIN at 7:10 and lady said they'd make it...we said we were told 25 min ago it was made and was on the way. Is it made or not? Yes it's made and will get it out "real quick". At 7:30 still no food. Just as we were going to call for the 4th time the food arrived 7:35 - 2 hrs 15 min after we ordered. Completely UNACCEPTABLE under any circumstance. We will not recommend Hongkong chinese and this was the last time we will patronize this place. Looking at the reviews it looks like this is commonplace for this place. Our weekly chinese budget will be better spent elsewhere

I really enjoy the atmosphere, customer service and especially the food in aging Kong. I would highly recommend to everyone. Quality and Quantity in one restaurant. Love to come here with the family and enjoy my favorite Dishes. Especially Sweet and Spicy Chicken. Excellent

Ordered food at 5:20 pm. and was told that it would about 30-35 minutes for delivery. Great, took a shower and made a drink, then waited and waited. At 6:30, called them to find out what was taking so long, and was told that he should be here any minute, ok cool, went and refilled my drink, and waited....still no delivery, 6:45 I called back, and was told that he should have already been here, but that she would call the driver and find out why I haven't got my food for me to hold on. He said he went to the wrong building and would be right here. Upon arrival the food was cold, so I called back to tell them that it was cold and that I did not want the cold food, I spoke with the delivery guy who answered the phone, and he told me that if I wanted a refund, that I would have to bring the food up to them.....WELL, why should I get dressed and go take it to them when I had it delivered in the first place?? I asked the guy, and he told me that I wouldn't yell at him and that I was not getting a refund. WELL, I did go up there to get my refund, and NO I did not take the food!!! By now I'm far from being happy. I put the food on my doorstep before I left. I want you to know that they sent the very rude and incompetent driver back to my house to get the food before they would do anything about any kind of refund.
And by the way....It will be 3 to 7 business days to get a refund.
Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect from anyone, especially in a place of business.

Have ordered delivery from Hong Kong many times. The food has always been delicious and was delivered very quickly. Now I would like to eat at the restaurant! Highly recommend!
