I had the opportunity to grab lunch with my mom at Pho Viet 1, and it was a great experience. My first impression of the place was how spacious and inviting it looked inside. The service was excellent our waiter regularly checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the pork rice platter, and it was absolutely delicious.
