After trying literally every single Vietnamese restaurant in the Hampton Roads area for the best Pho, This is my favorite place by far. The Pho broth is rich with spices, high quality meats, and generous portions. The Bun is also my favorite in the area. You can’t go wrong with any dish here. It is authentic as it gets. To top it off, the atmosphere and service is incredible, they truly take pride in their art of cuisine here. Don’t sleep on this place.
Pho Viet 1 is a great spot for authentic Vietnamese food. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is friendly and efficient. Their menu offers a wide range of options, but the standout for me was the Bun Bo Hue. There’s good bun bo hue in DC:Baltimore area- but haven’t found one in Hampton Roads yet- until now! I am a member of the Regent University Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA), and our organization hosts events on campus frequently. Everytime we've catered from Pho Viet, the restaurant has done an exceptional job! In the most recent event, we wanted to do a Vietnamese-Mexican fusional tacos because we were partnering with Regent University Hispanic Law Student Organization.
