I visited this weekend with friends to this place and it did not meet our expectations. We were a large group and we kept asking for a lot of orders of food, and they would only put like 6 pieces of shrimp on one plate. Also, they kept putting raw seafood and raw meat touching each other on the same plate, which is disgusting. I’m lucky I didn’t get sick. The meat wasn’t all that great either. We had to keep asking to change out our grill too, when it was clearly burnt and needed to be changed. We shouldn’t have to ask for those things. Our server was not attentive and honestly didn’t seem to care too much about our experience, and only came to see us a few times for the 2 hours we were there. She was nice but we expected better service and better food. Don’t spend your money here.

Great food and a nicely laid out restaurant. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. I live on the peninsula, but I would drive to the Southside for this restaurant.

as someone super picky about hot pot, this one did NOT disappoint! Def recommend getting the beef butter broth, a great variety of items to try and loved the sauce bar as well as the recipes for their sauces, 10/10 from me, wish I wasn’t an out of towner😭this would be my regular spot!

We’ve been here several times and the food is always great. We always get the marinated beef and cook it right at the table. The steamed dumplings are really good. They have some good Soju flavors too. We will be back.

Are here today, July 3,2025. We are very familiar with hot pot having lived in Japan for 5 years and this was absolutely disgusting. All the food was turning and the meat was old starting to have that vinegar taste and when I asked for new pineapple that was pale and had started to ferment I was told that anything they brought out would be the same. Our server was dejected and appeared to not really know anything or care, was unwelcoming and showed very poor customer service. Menu pricing was incorrect, they charge more for doing both the hot pot and BBQ. We were charged $72 for complete trash that left us feeling sick and very hungry. Beware!

Extremely good and fresh food . Fair warning they are a little pricey but it's 100% worth the money 10/10 perfect food

The restaurant is clean, and the service is fast and attentive. They’ve got all-you-can-eat BBQ and hot pot. Each dish comes in a small portion, so you can try different kinds of meat and veggies. They also have a little guide for mixing sauces, which I think is pretty cool.

Update: Oof. Just heard that apparently several waitstaff was fired for asking the manager to stop stealing their tables. If true, that’s disappointing. As mentioned below, good staff set the scene for the whole business.

We’re here almost too often. It’s sort of our comfort food spot. And every time we’re here, it’s great. Nice, attentive, friendly servers (shoutout JJ), fair portions of food, good pricing. We’ve tried other hot pot and KBBQ places in the area, but there’s a reason we keep coming back here.
Now, do I wish it was a little brighter? Do I wish the ventilation was a little better? Sure, of course — but none of that takes away from the overall vibe and value of the place.

Food is good......Waitresses/ waiters can be more attentive and change burnt grills, order more food or drinks.....Atleast walk around here and there to make sure customers dont need anything..... I had to waive down someone a few times, while smoke from burnt grill burning my nose

The service was very slow and the food tasted okay. It was my first time trying salmon at a kbbq restaurant and it was surprisingly good!
