My family and I would always come here for the Korean BBQ and Hotpot. They have many food to choose from. This place is amazing pretty decent and the service is good too!

I have dined here several times and have been very pleased with the food and service. This last visit was different. It appears they have hired a much younger staff and the place was not as clean as it had been previously. I had to avoid looking under the table. I ordered rice and as I was eating, I noticed a long strand of hair. I was alarmed but gave them the benefit of the doubt that it could have been mine until my daughter found hair in hers as well. Our server a tall white gentleman was very apologetic but by then my appetite was lost. Our server was great after we were ignored by everyone else for almost 10 minutes. I would recommend a deep cleaning and more care with food preparation to avoid hair in food.

We stopped in because we were looking for Korean food and though this is a Korean restaurant it didn’t have the dish I was looking for. I was interested in having some Bibibop and some Chapchae so we didn’t stay to eat.
But it looked really nice inside and comfortable!

Horrid in comparison to Newport News Hotpot. The work over there is shining in radiance compared to the options, workers and additude that I dealt with tonight. The kimchi was sour, the snow crabs were nice but didn't make up for the service.

Should change what time you guys close I showed up at 1030 and lady front said you guys were closed. Wasted my time driving to this location

The tables were poorly designed and to have only one bbq burner per table adds to inconvenience.

The food is good!
The place is clean and the ambience is good.
The staff is friendly and prompt once they get rolling.
It's pricey because it's all you can eat but you can definitely get your bang for your buck here.
I have no complaints
The parking is bountiful as well.

Food is pretty mediocre. Staff is friendly but can take 20 minutes before they check on you so the grill gets all burnt and gross. Depending on where you are sitting the music is so loud you can't hear the person next to you. I've asked for the check and have been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes for it and I just want to leave. This is a reoccurring thing every time I come here.

Service and atmosphere were okay, nothing to complain about. The food quality was questionable. Meat was extremely fatty and some of it tasted like eggs not the meat we ordered. The drinks were good. Just kinda a sad experience for over 100 dollars for the table.

The food is primo! Quality food and the best in VB. The atmosphere is fantastic and family friendly. The quantity of food is amazing and plan to bring a lot back home.
