We had made the reservation well in advance. We had email and texts to remind us and a text to confirm. We did everything to insure The Hunt Room that we would be there at the appointed time. We arrive and the hostess cannot find our reservation. Fortunately, I had the texts and Open Table confirmation. She found us a table that was place in the middle of two different parties. Very loud in The Hunt Room. Service was great. Food was good.
I had an incredible experience last night. The food was amazing, seasoned well, and cooked perfectly. The setting, the lighting, everything was point on. That was first time dining at this establishment but I'll definitely be back. Hunt Room has escalated to my top five spots in the area.
I was expecting a more intimate, quiet dining experience based on how the restaurant was advertised, but that wasn't the case. The atmosphere was surprisingly loud and didn't match the cozy, low-key vibe I was hoping for. That said, the service was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and fast.
