I think this is a decent place inside a gorgeous hotel. Definitely feel there are better options especially for the price. My main reason is the service. Bartender was very unprofessional and ill trained in the to serve a$200 bottle of wine
Great atmosphere, the cocktail program is awesome, mostly bourbon/whiskey focused, but the back bar won't disappoint any cocktail aficionados. The staff behind the bar, Matt, James and Dillon are very talented mixologists craft excellent drinks. The food is game and seafood oriented. All of the appetizers and main dishes I have had are well prepared. Recently I had the beet salad and roasted salmon, both great. I can highly recommend the Hunt Room, but make a reservation...
Service was excellent as always. Staff is very knowledgeable about the restaurant, distillery and menu. Food is outstanding. So good I don't want to tell people because it will make it even harder to get a reservation.
