Came in between lunch and dinner. I have never seen this location look so clean and orderly. We were greeted and taken care of by Gillian. She was the best server! Made sure everything was great. Food was great. Very happy we stopped here. ❤️

Food was raw and some of the food burn .. horrible costumer service, I ordered a side of white toast with my food and the server brought my whitetoast after I finished my food 🙃 costumer service is horrible 😫 bad attitude 😒.. what a horrible experience.. I will not recommend you to come to this Ihop

Has to be the worst IHOP I've ever visited. The franchise that operates this location should have their contract revoked. These people have no idea what's going on, there's no accountability on the franchise team part. Continue to operate like this and the doors will soon close. Can't blame the manager or staff blame the owners for allowing it to happen. Poor ownership

I haven't been to this location before, the table service was great but I think the food was just ok not really hot it was barely warm enough to melt the butter & they don't know how to cook my eggs over medium they were over cooked.
Short staff, long wait on food, silverware and hash browns were unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Nobody knows what they’re doing. The floor and tables are literally covered in syrup and food residue. Ants were all up in my booth. The cleanliness was my biggest issue. It’s Sunday morning and they couldn’t be staffed any worse. They did let us know that there was a large water leak contributing to a slower serving time, but I don’t see what that has to do with why the restaurant looks like they forgot how to use a mop. The waiter did let me ALSO know he’s never worked at such a dysfunctional restaurant where people can decide if they want to work or not and just stop in general. Wasn’t sure if I should keep eating or empathize with the only coherent person in the building. This sucks because it’s right beside where I live but after this experience I think I’m permanently set on not returning to an ihop. I just hope I don’t get food poisoning but if I do I know exactly where it came from. Please just fire whoever was in charge on 3.09.25. Get some new people, train them, teach them how to take orders, teach a hostess how to prioritize those who came first, and get someone to clean for the love of god.

We went in today for a Sunday breakfast which we figured it would be busy but oh my god it was terrible. There was a leak in the back, water tracked everywhere, ants, and sticky floors/tables. Our server Will seemed like he was doing his best and gave us great service for how terrible everything else was. A woman came up to the front at some point and told us about the water leak and that they were waiting on a Manager to get there and do something/say something about what to do. Ridiculous. I worked at an IHOP previously and the manager would never let his servers raw dog a Sunday like this. Terrible management. Their Host also just went in the kitchen and hid for like 30 minutes while our server took over his job the best he could. I could see his Afro peaking out to look at all the people waiting and then he’d just hide again. Such a shame. Everybody else seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. We won’t be back again.
