Was an absolutely horrible experience. Got there and was ignored for 10 minutes before finally sat and then didn't receive our drinks for 1 1/2 hours. Food took 2 hours to come out and our order was messed up. If I could give 0 stars this restaurant would've earned it!

Me, my husband, and two children decided we wanted ihop at the last minute tonight. So we visited the location ihop on Virginia Beach Blvd. The French toast is the best! It's a good feeling when you go out to eat, and the people serving your food are pleasant It's a great feeling ,because you know your food is in good hands. Thank you Darian J for laughing and joking with us and be very knowledgeable of the menu!

Went in very late night on a week day after work, Jessica took care of us and we had a great time! Delicious food that came out very quickly, big portions, amazing service even though she had several other tables to take care of. Friendliest server I’ve had in such a long time. Also I don’t know who was playing music, but they had a great playlist!

The visit was ok. Not my normal vibe for a ihop. Workers don't appear happy, ceiling looking like it's molding and had a portable Ac in the eating area. One of my pancakes had a couple of onions in it..yuck... the server was patient with us as we had kids who needed more support.

The restaurant looked under staff, the food was good but they didn’t have, turkey sausages or turkey bacon so I had to have a vegetarian patties, my server was nice and kind which made the dinning pleasant. I’m giving 2 stars not for the taste of the food but for the lack of ingredients for the food , this is a busy area and tourist destination it shouldn’t have those issues.

This place is dirty! We have given this ihop so many tries. The dishes were dirty and silverware. This has been on multiple occasions. The floors and tables feel icky. They need to wipe down and mop with bleach. Yall do better
