I had a great experience at this location on April 9, 2024. If management is reading this, Caleb is the best server I've seen in IHOP in years, please do anything you can to keep this guy! He is the reason I will start going to IHOPs again after a fall out a couple years ago due to terrible customer service experience.

Went here for brunch today. There were about 4 tables in use. We were greeted immediately and all of the staff was friendly. Our waitress checked on us frequently and helped with menu questions. My Tbone steak was tasteless and the Mashed red skin potatoes were definitely box imitation potatoes. There was a pool of liquid at the bottom of my plate that didn't seen to come from the steak. No clue what it was. They do offer military discount.

These people at this location are rude. From the manager to the servers particularly Caleb. I will never come here again. I didn’t even order any food I was so disgusted with their behavior.

Came to pick up an order. I sat in the lobby maybe a good 15 minutes with a few other people waiting to be helped. Multiple workers came to the front looking at us and not acknowledging or greeting any of us. Finally, someone that came in after me actually went up to the waitress and asked her if we could be helped. She came to the podium and I addressed my concern of not being acknowledged or greeted, she never apologized instead looked to the couple behind me and told them that she was going to seat them. Horrible. To make it worse, I was missing my hash browns and was given a pancake instead of a waffle.
It's Easter Sunday morning (taking that into account) and place is only have full and appears full wait staff.1. It took 3 minutes just be seated. No one waiting in the lobby. The greater walked up from back stood at the desk for some time then said hi to me.2. It took another 10m for my waitress just take my drink order. I ordered my food at the same time just in case.3. The food came out asked for sugar free syrup and hot sauce. I was hungry so just started to eat after minutes asking. Finally I asked another wait staff she said they are totally out of sugar free syrup and any hot sauce.4. Noticed that my French toast never was put into the order which came with the combo.I'm trying not to be picky here just one thing after another of issues.The time 1038 easter Sunday this should be ready for folks coming in for breakfast and having at least the proper supplies on-hand.

Food was cold , very little flavor. Waitress misinformed my GF on how the pancakes are topped. Waited easily for 10 minutes to be acknowledged from the host who was rude and would rather complain about his responsibilities with another Waitress who was properly correcting him on his job. I literally had to interrupt the complaining host and Waitress to remind him that we would like to have a seat for 2. We will NEVER come back to that location that seemed like it was managed by a teen that was busy puffing on their weed pen.

My office has placed a large order on Friday and ran into some complications, including missing part of a meal. The manager, Reggie, went above and beyond. He personally delivered the missing food and made everyone in our office happy. Thank you for your amazing services and the food was delicious.

Service was great except the fact that the waitress over charged us 4 dollars not much but take in to consideration I gave her an eight dollar tip,first off I tip you well then I get stole from and the manager the next day only gives me 3 dollars back,bathrooms were nasty and the food was burnt,cookout makes better food it was my first experience at this place and I will never again dine here. I did not take photos cause I did not want to make a scene,I also had to keep my fiancé quiet because he was ready to leave as soon as we got our drinks because it was so cold in there. I will never return to another IHOP,IHOP has lost my service.All I got to say is watch your receipts!
