I ordered the steak chicken and shrimp teriyaki with rice and vegetables I choose teriyaki and not hibachi through doordash vegetables are not what they say they are and the chicken was so dry and I had no teriyaki sauce over my food. called them on the phone and told them they didn't give me no teriyaki over my food the lady kept trying to say teriyaki on the side and I have Mumbo Sauce on the side I guess that's what you call this Orange looking stuff. So mad

Placed an order on DoorDash for pickup the Asian that spoke English came to the counter and spoke English told him my name and he asked to see it on my phone then when I showed him he magically doesn’t speak English the manager on duty was just rude and when I asked for an refund.

Excellent tasting food! If they had a smaller lunch special for around $9.99 or less during weekdays they would likely get a TON more business! But definitely worth a try.

I stopped here today on the way home from work. I was starving. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi with the vegetables, volcano sushi and the miso soup.

Let me explain. I am a sushi either, and I eat at hibachis. This was some of the worst food I have ever had at an hibachi. For starters, the miso soup was so hot. It scorched my tongue. I have no idea how they heated it up, but it just tastes like extremely hot boiling water 😭 I got a refund for that. The volcano roll, ( which I love), had one strip of crab meat and so called tuna and fill with too much rice. The so-called tiny piece of tuna was so dry. I spit it out to see exactly what it was. They load you upright rice and give you very little vegetables.
I can't see this spot lasting. I will not be returning here. Highly disappointed and not satisfied I will stick with Volcano

New Joint on Northampton. Love the hibachi steak and jumbo shrimp. Location is great. They have a dine-in area or you can just get your meal to go. Staff is friendly and ordering is easy on their tablet POS. If you like hibachi or teriyaki meals try Iron Hibachi.
