We had a nice 4 day/3 night stay and enjoyed our room on the 6th floor overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Convenient for walking any time of day, or going to the beach. Parking on the same floor as our sleeping room was great, and made it easy to leave via car for outings and return without any parking issues. All staff we interacted with were helpful, kind and professionally friendly.

We have stayed here before, several years ago. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Good location right on the beach. Good experience for a quick trip to the beach

We enjoyed our room and the location was GREAT! We had no hot water unless we ran the shower for a good 30 min. The pool wasn’t open. The refrigerator didn’t get very cold. The parking garage needed maintenance. We liked the air freshener and breakfast.

Too much construction being carried out during our stay which inconvenienced us and the rest of the guests. Could not check in at 4p.m, now water till 6 p.m. the day of check in and lots of issues with the hot water.

Nice service Pretty clean Frayed carpet edges room and hall. Very Noisy air heat/cold Can hear everything from hallway so not good for lite sleepers Older hotel with new paint job...nothing special except location on beach and service always great.

Not pleased at all- late check in, pool wasn’t working, hot water wasn’t working etc. When I asked the staff about the issues they stated it was out of their hands. Notification at check in or at booking would have been nice.

Had a great experience. Loved being able to walk around the shops and the beach when we had free time. Additionally the location was close to our venue and made it easy traveling back and forth!! Plan to come back next year to this same hotel!!

We had a very pleasant experience. Hotel is a little dated but still very acceptable. Location in very good. Your staff was very friendly. The plumbing needs some work but that comes from aging. It still was acceptable
Stayed from 30 Dec - 01 Jan 2023. Short and sweet. Had a great time with the boardwalk Holiday lights. Hotel has one of the best breakfast options in the area. Kitchen staff is always ready to please. Parking is also a big plus at this facility. You get to park at the level you are staying — you got to see this for yourself. Plenty of spaces. Very relaxing stay. Chris at check-in was very helpful. Will definitely make this top choice whenever in the area. Thanks !

Hotel room very clean and ready upon arrival. Staff kind and inviting....TV not working properly... maintenance called immediately and resolved problem quickly and efficiently. Breakfast very good. We like this hotel as it is on the boardwalk, centrally located and includes parking in a garage. Plan to stay there on next visit.

Arrived well before check in time so I could enjoy the unusual warm Saturday in November. Desk clerk cheerfully issued me a temporary parking pass and key card to access hotel facilities until my room was ready later in the afternoon. She called later to tell me when the room was ready. Was me not to wonder or interrupt my beach time to inquire myself. Love the size of the room and having a sitting area that wasn't the bed. Forgot my swimsuit, but the heated saltwater pool looked so inviting. Next time! Loved the location. Was good walking distance to many things. Parking is free. No fee. Breakfast was decent. Had better. Had worse. Parking deck is a bit tight, but it is at several other hotels I've stayed at in this area. Nice that you can park on same level as your room. Definitely will come back again.

This hotel was above and beyond. Very friendly staff, clean, quiet. Loved that car was outside door, and once you entered you heard no noise from garage. Love the clean rooms. The breakfast was like most. The staff very attentive to restocking.

When My family and I arrive, we have to wait like 30 minutes to find our paid reservation . The pool was full of sand, and the water extremely cold. The had humidity , I feel the carpet almost wet. The worst experience in a hotel like this.
