Stopped in for a quick lunch, there were two of us and we just got soup and salad. The salad bar looked very clean, all produce was full and fresh, and it all tasted fresh and delicious. I got the gumbo and it was excellent, big pieces of okra and shrimp. I tried Jason's blueberry pomegranate at the soda machine and loved it. Seating was spaced for comfort and tables were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I recently visited Jason’s Deli and overall had a good experience. The restaurant was very clean, which I really appreciated. The food was fresh and tasty. Our sandwiches, salad bar, and soup all hit the spot.

The only area that could’ve been better was the friendliness of the staff. They weren’t rude, but a little more warmth would’ve made the visit feel more welcoming.

One thing that surprised me was the cost. For two sandwiches, three one-trip salad bars, a bowl of soup, two teas, and a water, my total came to a little over $65. While the food was good, I did feel it was a bit pricey for what we ordered.

Overall, it was a nice meal in a clean environment, and I’d consider going back, but I hope to see friendlier service and maybe more value for the price.

This place is excellent! Went to the one in Virginia Beach outside of where Pembroke Mall was. Good choices, friendly staff, very clean, and received food fast and hot! I definitely think you should go to Jason's Deli!!!

Hours are incorrect online only open from 1000 AM To 10 PM. Not open at 0800 AM

Dude, this chicken salad is really good, but I had to spread it out because it was one whole ball in the middle of the bread. Then when you do spread it, there is barely enough to cover the bread. One small tomato and a piece of lettuce that is the size of my palm… if you’re going to call yourselves a deli… do better.

I only get two things on the menu. The plain Jane, and the salad bar. Not really hard to make a potato and salad to be honest.

Easy to park. This cafeteria style restaurant is bright and clean. Plenty of options to choose from. This is my first visit. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad. The dressing was on the side. The chicken and greens were great. I wasn't that much of a fan of the dressing. I had a fountain drink. Free soft-serve is a bonus when you eat here. I'll be back to order one of their giant baked potatoes. They looked so enticing.

Shout out to staff for friendliness, patience when placing orders, and helpfulness on providing suggestions at the counter. I love the salad bar choices! Staff on the floor willing to provide service for customer requests/needs-loved this! It's quiet and spacious. Menu offers plenty of selections. Free soft service ice cream is a plus! Thank you for making our dining experience pleasant and serving food neatly prepared.

The food did not disappoint. I went to Jason's Deli in Greenbrier several times over the years. This was the first time to the Pembroke one. I had the Spicy Italian and cheese & Broccoli soup combo. It was great. I was surprised to see jalapeno peppers used as the heat source. Personally I would have used a hot red pepper spread instead, but I am nitpicking here. The food was great. My fellow diner had the baked potato and salad bar. I warned her ahead of time of the size of the baked potato. She enjoyed it.
The staff was very pleasant. I want to give a shout-out to the staff member keeping things tidy in the dining area. She was on top of things and was kind enough to check on how we were doing and if there was anything she could do for us. We appreciated her efforts.
I am not in the Greenbrier area much anymore but will come back to the Pembroke location.
