My son ordered a drink and after he tasted it realized it had tea in it not milk like he expected. He returned and asked politely for his drink to be remade. Older woman began yelling at him and slamming hands on the counter. My son began to cry and another staff member told woman to stop and remade his drink. When my son returned to his father still upset he had brief word with the staff. They were not helpful or apologetic. My son had to leave the mall be able to calm himself!...read full review
I didn't like boba until I tried Jelly Ball. I've had a few other places, and they don't compare. Everything we have ordered has been very fresh-tasting, the boba is the perfect consistency, and so far, every flavor we have mixed together, they have been amazing. That first sip always satisfies my taste-buds. I honestly think I've had too much tea lol, but that won't stop me.😋
We Have Given Jelly Ball A Massive Amount Of Business, Friends, Family and We Use To Get Two Everyday We Walked The Mall!! Then The Pandemic Came and We Stopped Going To The Mall.
