Always ordered from this place without issue and loved it until today and never will again. Literally got a drink with METAL SHAVINGS IN THE DAMN THING. Drank 3/4 of the drink until i noticed while chewing the Boba that a twisted metal shaving showed itself. Really makes you question things, not happy at all.

I tried their Boba Tea. I was having trouble deciding what I wanted. The cashier suggested the Mango Boba. I really liked it as it is the most popular and this is coming from someone that doesn't do these types of teas. Definitely recommend.

Brought the children to skat decided to get a smoothie that clearly said on the menu fruit selections. When I asked what's inside the cashier's check out the door is open and I will be there in a few minutes to get a chance to get a chance to get a chance to q said frozen fruit and Ice. So I ordered the smoothy and when I tried it I could take milk. I consume a dairy free diet. Just unbelievable, so I ask for a refund and I was told i could not get a refund because the manager/owner wasn't there and I would have to wait until tomorrow. That was also unbelievable. So then I order a slushy for my daughter that taste watered down. They are not worth the money or the time you wait while they make the drink. One and done
So amazing, they are simply humble. Beautiful service and delicious drinks.

My son ordered a drink and after he tasted it realized it had tea in it not milk like he expected. He returned and asked politely for his drink to be remade. Older woman began yelling at him and slamming hands on the counter. My son began to cry and another staff member told woman to stop and remade his drink. When my son returned to his father still upset he had brief word with the staff. They were not helpful or apologetic. My son had to leave the mall be able to calm himself! He had been looking forward to his Boba Drink and earning it by improving his grades. What a terrible experience!!
This behavior is uncalled for!! Who yells at children?? Also aren't customer's always right?? We will never go there again!!
Boba Chef is worth the extra drive!!!!
