I tried their Boba Tea. I was having trouble deciding what I wanted. The cashier suggested the Mango Boba. I really liked it as it is the most popular and this is coming from someone that doesn't do these types of teas. Definitely recommend.

Been coming here since I was in high school and I get one thing only, the mango slushy. This slushy is a delightful treat every single time. The service is quick and friendly and the slushy is soooo good it has bits of mango which make it incredibly satisfying every-time.

If you shopping at Lynnhaven mall, I suggest you check out jelly ball. They customer service is amazing, and they have good selection of drinks to choose from.

This little boba kiosk is located at lynnhaven mall which I wish I could make it to more often. They had such a wide variety of not only milk teas but milkshakes and smoothies too. But of course I opt for what I always do and that is the jasmine milk tea. I love being on the hunt for a spot that can hit that perfect balance of tea and milk flavor and Jellyball did just that! I spotted this kiosk on my way out of the mall right when it was closing but they employees were more than happy to whip me up something quickly which I appreciate. Now this is a kiosk and not it's own storefront but they do still make it very cute and add to the ambiance with neat little trinkets up and the front where you order. I will definitely be back!!

Brought the children to skat decided to get a smoothie that clearly said on the menu fruit selections. When I asked what's inside the cashier's check out the door is open and I will be there in a few minutes to get a chance to get a chance to get a chance to q said frozen fruit and Ice. So I ordered the smoothy and when I tried it I could take milk. I consume a dairy free diet. Just unbelievable, so I ask for a refund and I was told i could not get a refund because the manager/owner wasn't there and I would have to wait until tomorrow. That was also unbelievable. So then I order a slushy for my daughter that taste watered down. They are not worth the money or the time you wait while they make the drink. One and done

Boba Tea is one of my favorite drinks so my daughter and I treated ourselves to some Coffee Boba at Jelly Ball. The prices were very reasonable and the drinks were made pretty quickly. The lady making the drinks even asked if we wanted a small slit in the lid to help assist with adding the straw and I thought that was very helpful! I love how bright and decorated their shop is as well! The drinks were wonderful and the coffee was delicious. It wasn't overly sweet and tasted as if it were freshly brewed. The boba/tapioca pearls were also very good. I love the chewy texture and it paired so well with the coffee! Jelly Ball offers an array of hot and cold drinks and even has slushies and smoothies so I plan on trying something different every time I go lol!

This is the worst boba ever the tea was sweet and sour the boba was very soft and they did not give you alot of boba in it it just milk tea and like 16 boba DONT COME HERE

This bubble tea is inside lynnhaven mall. They have a big menu and lots of flavors. I ordered my typical winter melon hot and bubbles and the kids got their own drink - strawberry banana smoothie and a mango with jelly. The drinks came out and mine didn't taste like my normal wintermelon that I always get from other bubble tea spots. This one was missing something and was too sweet. I wasn't feeling it at all that I couldn't finish it. My daughter loved her mango drink and my son wasn't feeling his simple strawberry banana smoothie. I think I'll stick to my go to spot for bubble tea.

I haven't had jelly ball is OVER 20 years, boba was never my thing until a few years ago. I had a nova craving while shopping at Lynnhaven mall but didn't want to make the trek to boba chef which is my normal go to place. Their stand is cute and clean, they were busy but not too bad. Placing my order was super simple/fast, the associates moved like a well oiled machine, there was no sense of that "we're swamped" panic in the air even though the line was piling up quickly. I was given a pager and waited less than 10 minutes for 2 drinks. I ordered a taro and brown sugar milk tea. I've been wanting to try brown sugar but didn't want to be caught off guard so my partner was prepared to take it if that were the case. Honestly both were great, they were sweeter than boba chef but less sweet than kung fu tea which was just fine. the pearls were fresh and they didn't skimp, the flavor was really good. I'll definitely be stopping by again next time in in the mall.
