I have been going to this location for years, however yesterday was by far the worst experience I have ever had at ANY Jersey Mikes!!! 3 people working but only 1 waiting on customers! Waited forever and because no one bothered to wipe off the slicer after watching numerous onions being sliced my sandwich that had NO ONIONS tasted like a giant onion! The 2 women working were so busy prepping and restocking they neglected to help the PEOPLE waiting in line! One gentleman left because of the wait!!! The young man who actually waited on customers apologized for the wait and that was the only good thig that happened!!!! Going to have to think really hard about ever going to a Jersey Mike's again!

so I went to the new store on Kempsriver , had a chkd "donate $3 get free regular sub" ordered a regular sub gave the lady the free sub card she scanned it and rang up the the sub at $4.12 , now I don't know if using a debit card to donate the $3 was an issue or not she didn't say one way or the other, and the $4.12 didn't break me, but I look at it as an integrity issue, so that will be the first and last time I'll go to jersey mikes

The cashier was great and this was my first time here.The manager was also helpful and hands on.I got a large Philly steak and cheese and it was $15 plus tax but was worth it .i couldn't even eat the other half.I will definitely go back and try the philly chicken.

My teachers and I ordered 3 subs totaling $40 tip included. My dub included mushrooms, because that's what I specifically wanted.I received my sandwich hot without mushrooms! I called and spoke with the manager who turned out to be the store owner.I explained to him that my sub did not have mushrooms on it as it should have and I ordered the sandwich on a regular basis.His first statement was are you sure they're not cut up finally into your sub because you order it often doesn't mean it's made the same way! I confirm there are no mushrooms on the sub Can You remake it. He asked me if I could bring it back during my 30 minute lunch.. explain to him no I am a teacher and cannot do that he said well if you can't bring it back there's nothing I can do for you! I said to him I'm sure you wouldn't want your son's teacher leaving in the middle of a lesson. And he replied I wouldn't want my son's teacher eating in the middle of a lesson I explained to this dumbass that we get a lunch break and I checked my food.Is arrogance and unprofessionalism was very appalling and unacceptable I will never ever order from this location again.I have never received such poor service in a long time and arrogance from a manager and an owner of a location. It's a very good thing I was at work and could not go to the locationI guess he feels because his business is doing so well that he can treat people like crap but understand something a lot of businesses were and are doing well and are still going under. Word of Mouth Works!

DoorDash calls me 10 min before this location closed and tells me my order needs to be cancelled because it was given to the wrong people. JM’s refused to remake it and instead felt it was good business to leave a long time customer hungry instead of taking 5 extra minutes to make some new sandwiches. Customer service at its finest.

I love this location. Every staff member is so nice, they all seem to be younger, but have great attitudes. Not sure of his name, but there is a tall young man who is working when I work at a dealership close by. He remembers my order every time. Super nice guy who knows what he is doing. He helps coworkers if they have questions and he makes a mean sandwhich. Every single sandwhich here is amazing and they are constantly cleaning things up, working fast, calm, and collected with rude customers breathing down their necks. Cut these hard workers some slack!

Food was great and the staff was beyond excellent. When they weren’t serving customers they were cleaning and straightening the restaurant. That made me feel good knowing their attention to detail and seeing that my experience was top notch.

Ever feel like you have too much time on your hands?! Look no further than this Jersey Mikes location! A fantastic way to waste a good portion of your day as the staff couldn’t possibly move any slower. Usually, I try to be an understanding customer as I know that a lot of places are under staffed, however I couldn’t help but notice multiple employees chillin in the back with no worries while the three sloth like Neanderthals slapped some meat n cheese around with their slimy hands. Ingredients riddled all over the kitchen as if a bomb had gone off in the lettuce…clean that up? Nah go ahead and let it sit around all day. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish and I only had 2 customers in front of me when I arrived…and don’t even bother trying to use a gift card unless you want to see the cashier go berserk. 3 day old stale crusty bread was really worth the wait.
