Ordered a giant sub. Did not get my monies worth as all other Jersy Mike's have meat that fill your sub. This specific one not so much.

i understand it was a busy night..but it was the weekend, it should be expected..but that night people were waiting over half hour for one sub, orders were wrong. my husband got his sandwich before me so i had to watch him eat and about 20min later he watched me eat. i believe my sub was given to someone else or they had forgot. i also didnt like that they put the bread on the prep table, bare. .without the paper. that is unsanitary .

This was my first time at this location. I ordered the steak sub on white bread. It was the freshest bread I have ever had and the sub was delicious! The cashier was extremely polite as well. I will definitely visit again when in the area.

For the month of August to celebrate National Sandwich month, we had an employee appreciation lunch at our job at NFI Industries catered by Jersey Mike's in Suffolk. 345 subs later, I must say it was a success! Thank you to the team at the Suffolk location for making this possible. To Andrew, thank you! Please extend the thanks to your team members as well for putting forth the effort to ensure that we were able to feed our employees on time! It is very much appreciated!

My family and I came in today with a large party of 14. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand feeling overwhelmed, but my first impression walking in today was a look of annoyance and disgust by one of the female employees. We were split into two separate checks between our family, and once it was time for my group to order, I’m happy to say the other female employee working was professional and gave us excellent recommendations! She recommended I try the “secret menu item” #4, so when it came time for toppings, the gentleman working (who apologized for any confusion because he was new) was very polite and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately things circled back to the employee who I saw first when we walked in, and she made a snarky remark to the gentleman because he accidentally used two “end pieces” instead of a top and bottom. Although she offered to have it fixed, I did not appreciate the way she made a point to make her coworker look unprofessional or like he didn’t know what he was doing. Overall our experience today was satisfactory, but I wanted to leave a review for the gentleman that just started working because his attitude, (despite his coworkers’) was awesome and that needs to be recognized!

1 giant ham plain (with the thinest layer of meat Ive ever been given) , 1 regular club, 1 drink = $33 yall have lost your minds. It's a decent sub but the prices have gotten outrageous. This exact order was $27 less than a week ago at another location. Then on top of this ridiculous price you want to round up my total for donstioans and then ask for tips starting at %15 ($4.95) for an employee who did the most bacis function of their job. This is not a sit down restraunt with table service. It is not the customer's job to pay your employees. You charge more than enough, pay them yourself.

I have give Josh and Rebecca at Jersey Mike's a huge thank you for absolutely immaculate customer service and a fantastic customer experience on Sunday November 12th at 12pm. They took care of my mom and I, we were even ordering for another person and Josh was so patient taking our order.
Rebecca made our sandwiches to perfection and changed her gloves when she had to use the register and we both appreciated that 😀
There was a couple who came in behind us from out of town and they even acknowledged how clean the store was and how helpful Josh and Rebecca were. Thank you again both 💓

I've only been to Jersey Mike's a couple of times and it's always been to this location. Never had any issue. Today, I tried the #25 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak and it was delicious. I ordered online and it was ready at the promised time which is always nice. I'll definitely be back!

This location needs better management and employees. I had the worst tasting sub from here today (9/17). The workers looked unorganized and it was a mess behind the counter. I preordered but still stood at the pickup counter for 7 minutes while the one worker doing online orders ignored me completely. Was finally helped by someone else after they finished texting in their phone. ?
