Why is my mini sub 8 bucks now that’s wild you guys need to stop raising prices!

The Philly Cheesesteak sub had peppers on it that tasted spoiled and or old. Sandwich was not good at all!! And I paid way too much for a nasty sandwich!!

Im a vegetarian and they wiped EVERYTHING AND changed gloves, no attitude! Everyone seems like they want to be there and that makes the experience ssssoooo much better. Even their regulars seem to be good spirited. This is like my 3rd visit and this has been a consistent experience each time.

If I could give this Jersey Mike’s a zero rating I would. I paid 20.00 for a Giant steak & cheese sub which had no steak on it and tons of bread. See the pictures. You’re doing nothing but wasting your money eating here. Go to Philly Cold Cuts London Bridge Va Beach to see how a real steak & cheese should be made.

0/10 Extremely disappointed with my order last night. My sandwich was completely drenched in oil and vinegar, to the point it was inedible. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this Jersey Mike’s, unfortunately, it ruined the whole experience. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

The lady here at the time went was very patient with us as we could not get the rewards system to work to apply our coupon. The system wanted a code but it was never set up on my phone. I have also used the rewards program before with out having to enter a code. Jeresy Mikes owes me a free sub. Not the first time I've had issues with jeresy mikes and the promotions the offer. Never could get my cupoun for Fantastics either. That was a waste of time and money. The lady behind the counter also couldn't figure out what was going on either. So we just had to pay for it. The place was clean and tidy. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very nice talking to you and greeting you.

This was by far the best sub I've had in years, the Club Sub. The staff was super friendly and moved things fast even though they were busy.

Layla was so helpful! Great service

Online order. Arrived for pick up five minutes early. Didn’t get pick up until 35 minutes later. Watched as my sandwiches sat half made and untouched for 30 minutes. One was supposed to be a hot sub and obviously was not hot. I have probably ordered 50 times from this location over the past 6 years. Will not return.

Jersey Mike Subs
I never had an issue until last night. I ordered 2 subs. Got home and started eating the bread was not fresh. I was so disappointed but didn't feel like going back. I spent 40.00 just for that great tasting bread . I was so upset but next time I'm going to ask if the bread is fresh.

Terrible ! No organization 7 people working but the only one working was the girl on the slicer everyone else seemed to be there but not there they couldn’t even find lids for the cups ! Now

Cora is the best! Always makes sure my foods ready for my lunch break and makes sure it is always correct! She must be protected at all cost! And give her a raise! Work ethic like hers is hard to come by and I’ll always come here for lunch as long as she’s here bc that level of

Baffled! Flabbergasted even! The disrespect and downright disdain for humanity from the person in front of us towards the manager! Never have I seen a person walk in, and immediately ask for the manager, and then for the district manager! The gall of this woman, I wanted to throw hands and I don’t even work here. The manager though, Cora, she handled the situation perfectly! She stayed nice and cordial, greeted her, and treated her so well.

I asked the manager, this woman is a regular! And even though the manager was treated poorly each time, she still treats her well and with respect!

Cora has repaired my faith in humanity. I would promote her if I owned the place, and banish the woman who comes in and treats her awful forever! Or spit in her food, but that’s why I don’t work there I suppose.

Anyways, 10/10 recommend.
