Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 12:15. 12:45 and they still hadn't made it yet.They told me a bunch of conflicting stories like:-oh we never got your order- oh we already gave you your order- we made it it's sitting right here (it wasn't)- sometimes our online orders don't come through (my receipt was sitting right in front of them)Then when I got my order just about every item was wrong

Danny De Vito makes Jersey Mike's subs look amazing. I was not happy with this experience. The tables and surfaces were all dirty. I recieved some items on my sandwich which I had requested not be added and was not impressed by the sub— wishing I had gone to Firehouse subs instead. Other people I was with also complained of finding onions on their sandwich when they had asked for there to be none added etc. The whole location felt cramped and honestly kind of lacked any atmosphere. I would not recommend or return.Parking: There was plenty of parking the day we went, within a reasonable walking distance of the entrance.Kid-friendliness: There are mini sub options but I honestly found the lack of a kid menu a bit disappointing.Wheelchair accessibility: For accessibility, most of the seating options are bar stool type tables and chairs. There were a few lower tables where someone with a wheelchair or with a stroller might be comfortable but honestly the whole place was super cramped.

I went to this location because i been here multiple times and recieved great service. Well i went in and was not greeted by anyone the cashier(young african american) was on his phone in the lobby.. i didnt even know he worked there untill he came to take my order. He proceeds to take my order. Seems like he hates working there and lacks people skills. Plus he was on his phone even behind the counter. Then when my food was ready(thank god he was not the one making it). He pushes the bag to me on the counter for me to get. Still did not say a word. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. Jersey Mike should hire people that actually want to work.

Honestly, you can never go wrong with a Jersey Mike's sub. I used to eat at Jersey Mike's subs at least once a week, and it's been a while, but everyone at my work always gets jersey Mike's and I always crave it. I got a #7, turkey with provolone. This location is very clean and the staff is nice. It's a beautiful day and a great sandwich, can't complain.

This location used to be one of the best ones in the area. I love Jersey Mike's but this one has gone downhill. The meat slicer needed to be cleaned. The counter area just needed to be wiped down. Just because you have a lunch rush doesn't mean you have to keep the counter and slicer looking nasty after the rush. Plus some of the employees need to know you don't keep on the same pair of gloves for everything they do and then go and touch your food. Touching trash cans, dispensers, and other items then going back behind the counter and not changing your gloves is nasty and disgusting. It turned me off and I left. I won't be going back to that location any time soon.
2-8" subs and 2-small bags of chips. Cost sub total was $21.98 and total was $35.51. Delivered 1hour and 15 minutes later. Tasted good. Not cheap and waited a while. Called back to the store wanted some answers. Cora? the manager was not sure what the costs for delivery whas even though I used their App to order. I was brushed off.

Took forever to get the food, plus I ordered it mikes way. I didn’t get any bacon or tomatoes. Awful! Had to tell the guy not to put as much oils on it because if I needed a drink I’d get one from the soda machine. That’s how much he would’ve put on it if I didn’t say to put a respected amount. Awful experience. Guy before me waited 20 minutes just to realize his sandwich wasn’t being made.I paid $25 for a giant. Gotta get everything on there. Check photo out. Tons of lettuce.!! And really nothing else.

Been to this location 3 times. Each time time have messed up my order worse than the time before. Employees do not pay attention to what you are asking for and put random stuff on sandwich.
