Had an awesome experience on Friday Virginia helped us with very good service and did an awesome job making our subs. I can truly say that was the best subs I ever had at any jersey mikes. Bless her

Today would have been my first time experiencing jersey mikes, I've heard good things about the franchise as whole so I decided today would be the day. As I'm looking at the very broad menu I was impressed I was on the phone with my mother asking her has she had jersey mikes before. I then walk up to the counter about to place my order, and I was directed my a gentleman with a man bun to get off my phone and then he would help me. I am actively in the military and I was very disappointed in fact he wouldn't help me because I was on the phone, as neither myself or my mom have been to this establishment. I haven't been to this franchise before but if you all have a policy that coustomers can't be served while they on the phone, That should be posted. In that moment I felt profiled and left the establishment. Felt that he didn't care about my civil rights I was embarrassed. I would like for this issue to be addressed I would like an apology from that person at the establishment. And free subs for a year. Maybe if I even like it.

I have attempted to get food from here 3 times now different hours of the day and different days of the week, and have only been successful once. I get that they are busy especially at lunch rush. Iâve accepted this each time but today was different, today after waiting in line to order and itâs my turn I try to order a sub in a bowl and the manager who is making subs very rudely screams at me loudly to inform me that there is over 30 min wait to get started on any hot sub orders because âas you can see we are swampedâ then asking the guy at the station to step aside and demand me to look. Okay I get that itâs lunch rush but there there is PROPER professional way to come about this. Say it in a tone, and not screaming at the customer just because youâre overwhelmed with orders. This is the excuse all the time for the waits and honestly this is the only location that doesnât seem to know how to handle a ârushâ then after I told the manager man this happens every time I come, instead of apologizing just screams sarcastically WELL HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY. Okay because of your unprofessional attitude due to you being overwhelmed I donât think I will come back to this location, made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed. And apparently from reading other reviews this is not the first and wonât be the last time. I think you should appreciate being busy in this hard time , and respect your customers.

The manager made my sub personally. He was friendly to me. Had an altercation with a woman who didn't go great. Lol.
The tall fellow who finished off my sub and they both are masters of their craft.
I gauge a jersey Mike's location by if I have to order double meat or not. This one was above mid tier. They don't weigh the meat, so it's on the small side now in this economy.
The sandwich was delicious, but next time, I'll probably go double meat.
As usual tho, the bacon sat cooked, cold and uncovered, in a cambra dry af. No love for the bacon at any jersey Mike's anymore. I'm just saying JM's. At least cover it with foil in case of a cough or sneeze.
Overall the place was clean and pleasant, would suggest again.

Iâve been eating here for a few months on my lunch break, and the service is awesome. I pick up mobile orders, and they remembered my name every time. Really great service, and great food.

Came in last night and ordered my food to go, kinda knew better coming in 2 hrs before closing time. There's usually NO parm bread left and the cooks look tired and out of it. But anyway long story short I ordered a #43 giant and a #17 regular sub, service provided was slow and took her break in the middle of making my food smh. But she def got up to make sure my order was paid for which is crazy to me, why I gotta pay for my food before it's far from being ready??? I paid and still waited bout thirty mins after already waiting 15 mins to get my food STARTED. Cook was tired, slow and out of it for the day so 50/50 chance that my food was going to beTRASH which it was!!! Steak had NO Seasoning and tasted old along with the PARM bread was old n dried out. 2nd time this done happen so I gotta say I will Not be returning to this Jersey Mike's location maybe I'll try another one somewhere else in the future who knows sheesh

Came in around 1545 ordered a Giant Italian oil vinegar on the side. I guess I have to sit and stare and watch the person make in because after my 25mins drive back home I get home to a soggy mess because they still put oil and vinegar on my hoagie letâs just say. This is not how Jersey does it. Highly disappointed and my wife wonât even eat the other half.

Well I'll chime in and say that i just had the best club sandwich I've ever had, and i don't even eat those. Thanks girl who made it for doing it mikes way. Had no idea what that even was but she was right, it was worth it!

This staff has issues. 4 times I've been in there and ordered a #2 sandwich4 times the same team member has made me a tuna sandwich. #2 is ham cappacola and provolone. She needs more training or a hearing aid.

how hard is it to follow simple instructions.toasted was posted on the instructions box for one of the subs yet it was not. picked it up 20minuets later to a store that wasn't busy just lazy.
Sliced my sub and it went everywhere then commented, âI just destroyed it,â and proceeded to wrap my sandwich and hand it to me with a smile!

My sub was made incorrectly and I even said something and he said yes this is right but it wasnât and he was the manager so I called corporate about it and sent them photosAnd they gave me my money back. He was gonna send me coupons but never did!
