This location is always clean and the staff is always in good spirits I had the pleasure meeting Bryce this evening and he too was full of joy and jokes. He also told me that he normally makes extra rosemary parm bread because it goes fast at night.
We are avid jersey mikes goers and love them; however this location is always out of every type of bread we like ...ALWAYS. and then tonight they are completely out of bread where they can't even make a sandwich. Highly disappointing and will not be coming back to this location any more.
The sandwiches were delicious! The service was outstanding! Loved it!

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's philly cheesesteaks, but am extremely disappointed to have paid extra money to have extra meat and cheese and this is what I get. I wanted a steak sandwich with lettuce, not a lettuce sandwich with steak. Total rip off

Love this shop! I have always been a big fan of Jersey Mike’s subs, but this particular place is doing something right. I came here just to say how much I enjoy the diversity in which they hire their crew. I have watched over the last few years, how they have hired people of all different types of backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. They are particularly cognizant of making this a value and is noticeable in a positive way. As a customer, this is refreshing to see. I find myself returning to this restaurant regularly Because of their values and a delicious Italian sub. I would love to see more places like this in our community. Whoever is doing the hiring, thank you.
Ordered online for co-workers and myself, ALL 5 sandwiches were made wrong!!!!! I guess don't bother customizing because they will just make it how they want to. Staff was rude during pick-up. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN. Will be spending our $71 somewhere else from now on.
Had an awesome experience on Friday Virginia helped us with very good service and did an awesome job making our subs. I can truly say that was the best subs I ever had at any jersey mikes. Bless her

Today would have been my first time experiencing jersey mikes, I've heard good things about the franchise as whole so I decided today would be the day. As I'm looking at the very broad menu I was impressed I was on the phone with my mother asking her has she had jersey mikes before. I then walk up to the counter about to place my order, and I was directed my a gentleman with a man bun to get off my phone and then he would help me. I am actively in the military and I was very disappointed in fact he wouldn't help me because I was on the phone, as neither myself or my mom have been to this establishment. I haven't been to this franchise before but if you all have a policy that coustomers can't be served while they on the phone, That should be posted. In that moment I felt profiled and left the establishment. Felt that he didn't care about my civil rights I was embarrassed. I would like for this issue to be addressed I would like an apology from that person at the establishment. And free subs for a year. Maybe if I even like it.

I have attempted to get food from here 3 times now different hours of the day and different days of the week, and have only been successful once. I get that they are busy especially at lunch rush. I’ve accepted this each time but today was different, today after waiting in line to order and it’s my turn I try to order a sub in a bowl and the manager who is making subs very rudely screams at me loudly to inform me that there is over 30 min wait to get started on any hot sub orders because “as you can see we are swamped” then asking the guy at the station to step aside and demand me to look. Okay I get that it’s lunch rush but there there is PROPER professional way to come about this. Say it in a tone, and not screaming at the customer just because you’re overwhelmed with orders. This is the excuse all the time for the waits and honestly this is the only location that doesn’t seem to know how to handle a “rush” then after I told the manager man this happens every time I come, instead of apologizing just screams sarcastically WELL HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY. Okay because of your unprofessional attitude due to you being overwhelmed I don’t think I will come back to this location, made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed. And apparently from reading other reviews this is not the first and won’t be the last time. I think you should appreciate being busy in this hard time , and respect your customers.
