My sub was made incorrectly and I even said something and he said yes this is right but it wasn’t and he was the manager so I called corporate about it and sent them photosAnd they gave me my money back. He was gonna send me coupons but never did!

I get lunch from Jersey Mike's once a week. My faves are the Chipotle Cheesesteak and the Italian subs. Staff is always friendly. And you can get the sub ingredients in a bowl if you don't want the bread.

When we got here, I went to the restroom: Erick got irritated that my husband let someone go in front of him while he waited for me. Then Erick said to my husband “how much longer? Do you need to call her?” Uhmm, what???The young man (Erick) doing the meats and cheeses was very rude and obnoxious. He clearly did not want to be at work today. He never looked up, when I asked for Swiss on my sandwich, “extra charge” was all he said. I already knew that.They are more interested in doing things with each other than for the customer.

Okay, I want to give an overall 4.5 rating on this visit. I visited Monday, 9/25/2023, during the lunch crunch and ordered the #5 Giant on Wheat. I've used this sub shop previously and typically go with the #8.My past visits have been more enjoyable; however, this was the lunch crunch and the team behind the counter did well. Lots of repeat questions to get it right. My 4.5 is because my sub was good until wrap to go. Although she did her best, delivered with Jersey Mike condiments not in place.

Worst customer service experience of my life.Showed up at the time I was told to pick up my sub but they were swamped and I politely asked if they could leave it in a fridge so I could pick it up later because I didn’t have time to wait and the clerk scoffed at me.Came back 20 minutes later and the sub still wasn’t even made.Do not use the app to order ahead.Jersey mikes needs to find some better employees or pay their people better to find them.

I went for a interview today at 12First when I walk it’s a tall dude being rude behind the counter and the manger or whom ever gave me the so called interview was so unprofessional I didn’t even want to work there after I seen the atmosphere and the energy that the manger I will not recommend nobody to work here don’t do it the Atmosphere was giving me bullying vibes
I asked the young lady if there was cheese on my sub and she asked if I wanted tomatoes. I said no but is there cheese on my sandwiched. she threw up her hands and stomped off and called me a B**** and used the F word. there was also a young man working and he came and said what happened and I told him. he said he wouldn't charge me for the 1 sub. The clerk came out again and canceled the order she put in and and rung me up again and she started complaining about me not paying for what I ordered. I was shocked that this behavior was happening and asked her if she was the manger and the young man said no I am. Whoever owns this franchise know how your employees are treating the customers.

This is my first visit to this particular location. Ordered my go-to sub, the giant sized big Kahuna with extra mushrooms. Steaming hot and perfect. The staff was extremely nice. Cold cut subs are made fresh to order. There are plenty of toppings as well. Will be visiting more often.Parking: Park in the Aldi lot and walk over.
