When you walk in, avoid looking up, ceiling tiles are black, dirty, water stained and AC vents have black fuzzy stuff on it . Service was great but the bread was completely dried out and so hard! Unfortunately I didn’t find that out till I got home! Recommendations don’t look up and ask about the bread

Stopped by to grab a couple of subs before a concert, and everything seemed fine until I actually received my order. My sub was mistakenly given to another customer, who opened it at their table before realizing it wasn’t theirs. They returned it, and instead of making me a fresh sub, the staff simply rewrapped it and handed it back to me.

Normally, I would have insisted on a new one, but we were in a hurry, so I let it go. Once I got to the concert venue and opened the sandwich, it was a complete mess. It looked handled, and although I had asked for extra mayo, what I received was beyond excessive—it was drowned in mayo to the point of being inedible. It honestly felt like a joke.

Later that night, I woke up with severe stomach pain and was sick throughout the night. I can only assume it was from how the sandwich was handled and prepared.

Bottom line: be very cautious if you order from this Jersey Mike’s. Watch your sub from start to finish, and make sure it’s handled properly. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others avoid this location as well.

Adding to my review based on the canned response. This place doesn’t care about whether or not the service was good, the food was good - all of the responses are crap - all canned responses. Avoid this jersey mikes at all costs.

We paid $3.00 each for extra meat in our wrap and didn’t even get it and by the time we got home there was no point in driving all the way back. Our order was also supposed to be done at a certain time but we didn’t get it until about 10 minutes later! It’s like they started preparing it when we walked in (after the pickup time).

Sub was great but watching some dude have a rag in his back pocket go to the restroom then use it while wiping stuff in the kitchen is crazy. Teach your employees food safety. Not washing their hands after playing with their phones. Dude scratching inside of his legs then touching stuff in the kitchen. Great ways to lose points for a health inspection

I wish i could give 0 stars, husband went to go get lunch- went to pay, the charge went through but then their system glitched after it showed approved . The GM Hunter (claimed he was GM, would be very surprised if this was true) Said that the charge didn’t go through, My husband opened his bank app and showed him the pending charge for the $16 and change from jersey mikes - Hunter Then replied after seeing the pending transactions with his own two eyes , that that wasn’t enough because his system was telling him that the payment didn’t go through, And followed with “Im not in the business of giving out free food”- At no point where we trying to get one over or take food from this establishment without paying- But we are also not going to pay twice for a sub. Hunter gave no real solution, Was raising his voice and had an attitude from the very beginning. I see this Store has many low reviews- Could potentially be due to management style. Personally, I would recommend into looking for a change if that’s how your GM is talking/treating to your guest.- and while I appreciate the follow up(Message from Jersey Mike’s owner) It feels very AI, And it again does not offer any real solution to the money that they stole from us, And just allows more room for the obnoxious behavior to go on inside your restaurant.

Mixed feelings. It's been about 8 years since being in JMs and I thought I'd get a sandwich as good as I remember. The Italian was as good as I remember and all meats freshly sliced. However, the cheesesteak was disappointing. Having to get a gluten free roll, I saw my regular size gf roll was noticeably smaller than the normal rolls. Plus, the amount of steak was maybe half of what it used to be, a very sad looking cheesesteak. Won't order one of those again.

One of my very few negative reviews. I made this order on 4/16/2025 at 8:06pm. It was for a Turkey Provolone sub pick up order. When I got home I realized they made a mistake and gave me an Italian sub. When I called and informed them they said I had to bring the sub back to get a credit. Really?? At that time? Drive back 20 minutes to get a credit on their mistake. Worse yet, I eat very little pork and the Italian is nothing but pork. The night manager did explain they had a trainee and apologized for the mistake. It was explained to me that the manager, Hunter I believe, made a policy that a mistake sandwich has to be brought in order to get a credit. So I’m supposed to drive around with the thing until I decide I want another sub? Really bad policy and management. It’s bad enough when you’re hungry and when you get home after a 20 minute drive and ready to eat you discover that they messed up your order. Then get told you have to bring back the order to get a credit. Not that it was going to happen and I ate something else at home as there was no way I was going back out. Should charge them a travel fee. I told them how ridiculous their policy was and the night manager said they would send me some coupons. 2 months later, never came. I’ve not gone back either and will not return.

I just picked up the worst sub ever! I’m done with this place. If it wasn’t difficult enough to deal with a family member in the hospital this Jersey Mike’s is serving up terrible subs. Three times in the past week (6/7-6/14) I’ve gotten my usual order. One was leaking mustard from the wrapper, SO MUCH MUSTARD, and squished so badly it’s as if this person hates life. It tasted of nothing but mustard and some bread. Second sub, was good. Third sub, I should have left the hospital and returned it. The bread was rock hard, cracked and crumbled, and smelled and tasted like freezer burn. I removed the bread and ate the filling. I have a few more days at the hospital and I’ll drive to any other location except this one if I want a sub ever again. Employees need retraining on sub making. Bread of this quality makes me suspect there are deficiencies in other areas (are the meats fresh and handled properly?). I should be able to visit any JMs and get a consistent sub.

I usually let some crap slide, & and try to always leave a positive review. But this one took me off course. This is my second time receiving sandwiches like this, all squished up. As I watched the same guy who did it the last time, doing it again. He would squish them while he’s rolling it up, and then squish them some more while he’s bagging them up. Is this your protocol to do this? I’ve ordered from this same location before, and when it’s not this guy who makes them, it doesn’t come out like this! Very disappointed indeed.

Coming from Jersey & knowing how jersey mikes serve their subs up north vs here is a let down. I've adjusted to accept it but my last two orders were ridiculous cheap on the meat. I'm sorry but this time I had to leave a review. This is a giant roast beef sub. As you can see, the tomato is thicker than the amount of roast beef. I'm lucky if this giant sub even had a quarter lb of roast beef on it in total. Am I wrong to expect more meat on the sub?

We ordered three subs to be delivered. Wait time was over an hour which we understood it was lunchtime so they would be busy. When our food arrived there were only 2 subs, not the 3 we ordered. We tried to call the DoorDash driver - no answer. We tried to call the store - no answer. I contacted Jersey Mike's headquarters and haven't heard anything. We won't do delivery again from this store.
