Jersey Mike's Subs

I just picked up the worst sub ever! I’m done with this place. If it wasn’t difficult enough to deal with a family member in the hospital this Jersey Mike’s is serving up terrible subs. Three times in the past week (6/7-6/14) I’ve gotten my usual order. One was leaking mustard from the wrapper, SO MUCH MUSTARD, and squished so badly it’s as if this person hates life. It tasted of nothing but mustard and some bread. Second sub, was good. Third sub, I should have left the hospital and returned it. The bread was rock hard, cracked and crumbled, and smelled and tasted like freezer burn. I removed the bread and ate the filling. I have a few more days at the hospital and I’ll drive to any other location except this one if I want a sub ever again. Employees need retraining on sub making. Bread of this quality makes me suspect there are deficiencies in other areas (are the meats fresh and handled properly?). I should be able to visit any JMs and get a consistent sub.

I usually let some crap slide, & and try to always leave a positive review. But this one took me off course. This is my second time receiving sandwiches like this, all squished up. As I watched the same guy who did it the last time, doing it again. He would squish them while he’s rolling it up, and then squish them some more while he’s bagging them up. Is this your protocol to do this? I’ve ordered from this same location before, and when it’s not this guy who makes them, it doesn’t come out like this! Very disappointed indeed.

Coming from Jersey & knowing how jersey mikes serve their subs up north vs here is a let down. I've adjusted to accept it but my last two orders were ridiculous cheap on the meat. I'm sorry but this time I had to leave a review. This is a giant roast beef sub. As you can see, the tomato is thicker than the amount of roast beef. I'm lucky if this giant sub even had a quarter lb of roast beef on it in total. Am I wrong to expect more meat on the sub?

How does a sandwich shop run out of wheat and parmesan bread all in one day??

Manager Cam was so nice to let me go in and get a sub even though the shop was closed.Thank you so much for your kindness!Subs were amazing!

Friday night crew is hands down the best! Best sandwiches and service.

Pleasant workers and clean store. Subs are made to order and taste great! Will def be back!

We ordered three subs to be delivered. Wait time was over an hour which we understood it was lunchtime so they would be busy. When our food arrived there were only 2 subs, not the 3 we ordered. We tried to call the DoorDash driver - no answer. We tried to call the store - no answer. I contacted Jersey Mike's headquarters and haven't heard anything. We won't do delivery again from this store.

Parking: Really difficult to park when busy

After telling the server they put bacon on my Italian sub which was a mistake. The server walked off and told the manager I yeld…not true…the entire staff attacked me and told me not to come back ever.

The service at this Jersey Mike’s was horrible. We entered the establishment at 6:00. We didn’t get our order completed until 6:41. The workers were slow moving and they cared about completing the online orders over the people waiting in line for 30 minutes. There were times that they worked on at least three online orders before asking the next person in line. I don’t know if it’s me, but I believe that you should prioritize those that are in the restaurant first. At one point an online order came in to pick up early and they moved that person to the front. There is no reason why anyone in line should wait more than 30 minutes for their order. My boyfriend took his entire baseball team (15 teenagers and 4 coaches) to a different jersey mikes and they were through quicker than 4 of us.

I understand that online orders are still orders but you shouldn’t ignore the people in line to work on multiple online orders in a row.

Ordered a gluten free bun, went home, got almost halfway through it before I realized it’s definitely NOT gluten free. Sucks to be me. I’ll be paying for this in the days to come.

This store consistently fails to pay attention to details. My last 3 orders have all had problems; from not even starting the order made in the app until I arrived at the store 20 minutes after the time the sandwiches were supposed to be ready to missing ingredients; and from completely wrong sandwiches to extra ingredients that were asked to not be included due to food allergies.

When contacted about the messed up orders the management did not refund the order, but instead sent me a coupon for a free sandwich. That coupon was only good at this specific store. Guess what? When using that coupon for a free sandwich they messed up that order too.

Jersey Mike’s is fantastic, but this store is bringing down their good name by failing to pay attention to simple details.
