I love going to this Jersey Mike’s fr. Everyone in here is always really kind and despite being busy never seem to get nervous they just keep it rolling.They make great fresh sandwiches. They also always change all their equipment to accommodate my gluten allergy without hesitating to limit cross contamination as much as possible. I’m always satisfied with my sandwich flavor here too.Great food and great people.

I have to start by saying I have been going to Jersey Mikes since the 80's being born and raised in Lakewood New Jersey. With that being said I was ecstatic when Jersey Mike's came to Hampton Roads. Lately I have noticed that the Customer Service at this particular location is very poor. My order was not as requested however I added the necessary items that were left out instead of complaining. Today I called to place an order asked for the mgr I explained what happen the prior week and if he would take my order. He agreed I asked his name he refused to give it to me. I asked again explaining my concerns and he in a very rude annoyed tone asked me "do you want to order or not"! It is so easy to be kind and courteous and lately I noticed that the staff at this particular location is lacking customer service skills.

Me and 2 of my friends came in on december 16, at 730 trying to redeem a free code for a sub that we had attained through our own personal accounts. We were all respectful and he told us to, "have a nice night" and pointed towards the door. We then asked why and he said " because i said so". Was very unprofessional.

Bread makes the sandwich, in that case don't know what I got. I asked for white bread, bread what I got was not. Jersey Mike's cost too much money for that. Looked like shredded cheese on half and deformed bread on other half.Totallt disapointed.

My husband and I watched the kid working the meat slicer touch the cash register while wearing the same gloves as he used to slice the meat, he then walked back to the slicer without changing his gloves. He looked in the meat case realizing that he was out of meat, walked in the back and came out with the meat, when I questioned him if he touched the freezer/walk-in with his gloved hands his response was "YES", i told him that he contaminated those gloves already once touching the register then walked in the back and admitted to touching the handle. I told him that he's required to change gloves, and he could make people sick with cross contamination. The young man at the register changed his gloves out everytime he rang up and worked condiments. The young girl changed her gloves after i said something.Employees need to be reminded how sick they can make people!!!And a refresher on food handling.

Crap service, employees care more about socializing with other employees and patrons instead of taking care of customer orders. Employee couldn't remember my order, probably because he spent more time bro hugging and paying attention to other people.
The subs are delicious. They could have a wider variety of meats but overall I give them 4 out of five stars.Parking: Parking is available. You just might have to park a few parking spaces from the store.

First, I need to mention, I adore all the quotes and posters that cover the walls in this store. It's clean and the food is fresh!! Anytime, my mom and I have gotten a sandwich from Jersey Mike's the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and provided fast service. The manager or owner, not sure, Cam offered my mom a refund/discount not once, but twice when my mom didn't feel her sandwich was up to par. He didn't have to do that, but that's going above and beyond; offering outstanding service!! ?? Cam and the staff bust their tails to dish out quality ?? foods ??? Well done ?? ✔️Vegetarian options: Plenty of choices!!!

To the point. Fresh, clean, quick with quality. With that, the sandwiches hit just a little different than other places. The location is a big congested and tight but not a problem to get in and out. The manager and co-worker seemed a bit busy with orders coming in but took care of me quickly and professional. Almost too professional as in "it's only 10:30am" and he was on top of the A game lol. Can't be mad at that though. Overall solid and really can't go wrong...well, still feel it's pricey these days and if you have a family getting combos, you will drop 40+ easily but that's life now days isn't it! Stop by if you are in the Landstown area.

I went to the Jersey Mikes in Virginia Beach I placed a order for 4 people that cost over 80.00 one of my orders came out with no me I offered to have the fix my sandwich and charge me for extra meat then when I got my sandwich it came out with nothing that I had originally added to my sandwich so I had to send it back my sandwich finally came back out to me and they charged me $30.00 additional to what I already paid I asked for a manager and they told me he couldn't help me I asked for a percentage off the gave me the phone number for the General Manager Daniel and told me to call him tomorrow I will be calling and I don't think this is right please be aware!!!!!
