Why is this chain still open. Subpar food.

Please don’t order curbside pickup I had the most worst experience! I order #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak Regular with just cheese and I ask can they “please add mayo”. Instead I get all the way home to see my sandwich drowned with MAYO. I instantly went back I ask can I speak to the manager. The manager has the most nasty attitude and should not be working in customer service. He ask me did I want him to remake my sandwich at this point I didnt feel comfortable with him remaking anything I informed him that I wanted my money back he proceeded to ask me the same question! An I told him I wanted my money back! He then gets an attitude ( remind you it’s two customers ahead of me that’s in line) this mf slams my receipt ask me to sign then slams my other receipt! That behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable especially when you serving to military personnel! He need to be demoted and retain! Just don’t.

I made an online app order with a pick up time for 5:17. The stores website says they are open til 6pm. I made the order, walked into Jersey Mikes and they were closed. Lights off and 2 people cleaning up. Being absolutely lost on how the app allowed me to order from a store that was closed, even though the app states that they are open, I asked the girls how can I cancel my order since they are closed. I was told that I can’t and I have to come back tomorrow to pick up my sandwich!

I cannot pick up this sandwich tomorrow and on top of it, the hours of this location cannot be trusted. This whole experience has left me pissed.

Also…if my sandwich was ever ready the next day, whenever they decide to open, they have yet to reach out to me about why I haven’t picked up my day late order. So all around, this is a piss poor Jersey Mikes.

To make a long story short, I had an interview with them at 2 o’clock on the Navy base. I came there long before 2 o’clock, but when I got to the base, they said I couldn’t come on because I needed certain IDs or whatever to get on base so I called the job. 21×23 times I even let it ring out until it hung up on me. No answer and I called them again today they open at 10 no answer. What is the point of having a phone? If nobody’s going to answer ??‍♂️

Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Corey (sp?) was so polite, kind,friendly, patient and professional. My child requested something specific for her sub and was met with kindness and understanding. We were super appreciative of how we were treated and the quality of service. My order took a few minutes as I ordered something that had to be cooked, which I didn't mind at all. While waiting at a table expecting to be called up when my order was ready, Corey brought my food to me! I did not expect that at all. He went above and beyond. The food was amazing as well. Employees like Corey are a great asset to any company. We will definitely be back.

this was a surprise. Usually, food court locations aren't that good. however, this location is awesome. The staff is courteous and take pride in their work. the sandwiches are cooked properly with care. always order with the app so the food is being prepared as you arrive.

I have order from here for almost 4 years now. I keep giving them chances to do right. Either y'all have people that work for you that cannot read or they just do not care. I request just turkey and pickles on my sub and EVERY time they add cheese, spices, and sometimes onions. People request and pay for a sub to be made a certain way because some people might be allergic to certain ingredients or they just do not want that on their sub! If I am requesting just a plain turkey sub with pickles ONLY why is it so difficult to make. I do not get mayo or mustard anymore because they put enough on the sub to choke a horse. Either train your employees to read better or get new staff. Also, when they give you a pickup time, the sandwiches are hardly ever ready when they say. Very disappointing! I will be going to wawa from now on.

How convenient to shut your hot stove down an hour before closing. I walk up to order and staff member asks what would I like . I proceed to say what I want which was a hot sub. The response is, The grill is down. As I walk away I start to think , this is not the first time this has happened and I looked at the time My last visit, I settled for a cold sub but not this time. If I'm being correct, I am the paying customer. This store is here to serve the patrons. So how convenient to shut your hot grill down early so you can shave a few minutes off of your closing duties , hmph , won't get my business anymore! I wonder does the owner know the hot stove is down.

They don’t deserve one star. This morning around 10ish this morning the worker very rude to me. Didn’t speak just stood there look at me. Did same thing to the other gentleman behind me. I will never eat this place again. Sad thing on my darn lunch break.

Never had a issue at this location until today. Wife goes in to get a sub. Attitude from behind the counter right away. Then they make your sub with old bread and the lettuce was brown. For the price of the sub you think this would not happen. Tip. If you do not like your job, quit.
