Jersey Mike's Subs

Gave me wrong order first and had to go back, and one of my sandwiches was not made properly

I want to say I love Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are always very tasty and at this location specifically, I love coming to because the staff are very friendly and kind. When you treat people with kindness it is given back to you. I came in Monday night between 5-7, and my expectations were highly met. I love to come and grab a sandwhich after work, and this short experience + sandwhich filled me with immense joy. A lot of the bad reviews I see are from people who seem to be not having a good day already and just want to crap on restaurant workers behind a screen just because... this place deserves a 10/10. ⭐️

Sandwiches were bland, even with the toppings and seasoning that were put on. Also, the knives need to be cleaned thoroughly between sandwiches. Also, they need to change their gloves when touching food.

I’m very upset about our food tonight. this has been my go to jerseys since Iv moved here, and for the first time they messed up my DoorDash order. I asked for rosemary Parmesan bread for both of my subs.. they put regular. I called and told them… all they said was there was nothing they could do about it since they were out of my original choice then hung up. They could have asked my dasher to contact me to ask what other bread I would like. Pretty upset at the whole situation.

Worst customer service ever seen. everyone has an attitude, rushing customers and if you ask for something extra is like you asking them for their blood. My wife allergic to pork and when saw the dude touched pork and she told him he started slamming things. Don’t work there buddy if you hate it. I am paying for what I am ordering I am not asking for it for free!

As soon as I walked into the store a strong musty odor took over my nose. U have to pay for a pickle slice which most places just give it with the sandwich. And the selection of sandwhiches is poor. Everyone looked like they pick their nose and their answers were extremely robotic. I do not recommend musty Mike's to anyone. You will save money just making it yourself.

Bad customer service. Just tried to order. They took my order of 2 sandwiches and was trying to order a 3rd sandwiche and was told they will ring up my order without taking the order for the 3rd sandwiche. Tried telling them that we are ordering 3 total and that we need to let them know what we want on the 1st 2 sandwiches and the so called manager Bryant or Bryan would not let us order. Keep pushing for us to just pay. Told us that he is right and customer is wrong. We're the paying customer here. Needless to say we just ended up walking out. I'll be calling corporate on this store. This staff needs to be fired. There were 2 females and 2 males.

Worst Jersey Mike's ever! I have been to this Jersey Mike's twice and after ging it a second chance confirms the service is inexcusable. Avoid and go somewhere else.

9/27/24 We were visiting from PA and ordered online here for lunch. We ordered and waited in our car. It was done on time. My mother's Turkey hoagie was really good. My wife got the Bacon Chicken Cheese steak. It was really good too. I got the Italian with pickles, jalapeno, banana peppers, etc. It was great. We've never tried Jersey Mike's before but we'll be back to our local one in PA. The regular sizes were only $10 each too. Really great!

BEST Jersey Mike's around here. Reason number one...The actual sub and the meat and everything was just top notch. Pretty big size and good servings. The vegetables and meat tasted really fresh and delicious. I know I am not the only who has noticed how most restaurants just don't deliver any more yet charge more. Not this place sure my sub was about $20. But it was worth it. Clean place, good food. Best Jersey Mikes I've had and way superior to most subs around that area. Glad we went there and not the very disappointing Zero's across the street. Will be coming back whenever we want subs again. The pictures I posted, I already ate a little less than half of it. So its really a big sub. I loved the choice to get rosemary Parmesan bread too. I got the Cancro Special with no lettuce. My boyfriend got the Big Kahuna, the cheese-steak sub and he said it was the best he has eaten in a long time.

I hope you don't want your food in a timely manner. 6 people behind the counter and 2 of them actually being productive. Rude employees, confusion and chaos, all for a sub that was over priced and really not good at all. Mike from Jersey would be disappointed.

Not even worthy of one star. Have given this store 3 opportunities to get a sandwich right but they mess up every time. Not to mention they cannot complete a pickup order in a timely fashion to save their lives. The employees are slow and lazy. Booooooooooooooooo this place sucks.

I got the southwest cheesesteak in a bowl...literally lettuce steak and cheese in a bowl only 6 bites and they charged me $18.99...rip off..

First time ever in a Jersey Mike’s. I've had at events and it's been good. So why not.

The strip is newer and has a Starbucks, Great Clips and Aspen Dental. Parking is plentiful and clear of debris.

This was a Friday evening visit and no other customers. The dining room was clean with all tables cleaned and cleared. This was a great start.

My daughter was with me and got a turkey, I ordered a BLT. The staff we got was training, she it was a bit impersonal. The other two were lose and friendly.

The sandwich was made fresh in front of us and the staff confirmed if anything was customized. No issues with my card processing and can tip. I grabbed a bottle of water, they have both fountain and bottle drinks.

My daughter and I both agreed that we enjoyed our sandwiches. The bread was sift and fresh, the meat tasty! I must say I really liked my BLT.

I would return and recommend.
