I order number 43 Chipotle Chicken sub with Extra meat. Didn't receive the extra meat, but sure did charge three dollars for extra meat.

Went for dinner and will not be going back. The food was delicious but the service and store fell very short. Not a single person had on a name tag. The man who took our order was rude and kept cutting us off mid order to ask if we wanted anything else. Which would be fine if we weren’t in the middle of our order already. Then he brought us to the register to check out and the man working the register was not in uniform. We were very confused. He had on a graphic tshirt and a messenger bag and looked like he should not have been behind the counter. The floor was also so sticky you could hear it suctioning our feet to the floor as we tried to walk around.

We had the BEST experience with this location for a catering order for 70 people. Brandon was very responsive and helpful and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. 10/10 will use again and recommend!!

I want to say I love Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are always very tasty and at this location specifically, I love coming to because the staff are very friendly and kind. When you treat people with kindness it is given back to you. I came in Monday night between 5-7, and my expectations were highly met. I love to come and grab a sandwhich after work, and this short experience + sandwhich filled me with immense joy. A lot of the bad reviews I see are from people who seem to be not having a good day already and just want to crap on restaurant workers behind a screen just because... this place deserves a 10/10. ⭐️

Sandwiches were bland, even with the toppings and seasoning that were put on. Also, the knives need to be cleaned thoroughly between sandwiches. Also, they need to change their gloves when touching food.

I’m very upset about our food tonight. this has been my go to jerseys since Iv moved here, and for the first time they messed up my DoorDash order. I asked for rosemary Parmesan bread for both of my subs.. they put regular. I called and told them… all they said was there was nothing they could do about it since they were out of my original choice then hung up. They could have asked my dasher to contact me to ask what other bread I would like. Pretty upset at the whole situation.

Worst customer service ever seen. everyone has an attitude, rushing customers and if you ask for something extra is like you asking them for their blood. My wife allergic to pork and when saw the dude touched pork and she told him he started slamming things. Don’t work there buddy if you hate it. I am paying for what I am ordering I am not asking for it for free!

As soon as I walked into the store a strong musty odor took over my nose. U have to pay for a pickle slice which most places just give it with the sandwich. And the selection of sandwhiches is poor. Everyone looked like they pick their nose and their answers were extremely robotic. I do not recommend musty Mike's to anyone. You will save money just making it yourself.

Bad customer service. Just tried to order. They took my order of 2 sandwiches and was trying to order a 3rd sandwiche and was told they will ring up my order without taking the order for the 3rd sandwiche. Tried telling them that we are ordering 3 total and that we need to let them know what we want on the 1st 2 sandwiches and the so called manager Bryant or Bryan would not let us order. Keep pushing for us to just pay. Told us that he is right and customer is wrong. We're the paying customer here. Needless to say we just ended up walking out. I'll be calling corporate on this store. This staff needs to be fired. There were 2 females and 2 males.

Worst Jersey Mike's ever! I have been to this Jersey Mike's twice and after ging it a second chance confirms the service is inexcusable. Avoid and go somewhere else.

9/27/24 We were visiting from PA and ordered online here for lunch. We ordered and waited in our car. It was done on time. My mother's Turkey hoagie was really good. My wife got the Bacon Chicken Cheese steak. It was really good too. I got the Italian with pickles, jalapeno, banana peppers, etc. It was great. We've never tried Jersey Mike's before but we'll be back to our local one in PA. The regular sizes were only $10 each too. Really great!
