Worst Jersey Mike's ever! I have been to this Jersey Mike's twice and after ging it a second chance confirms the service is inexcusable. Avoid and go somewhere else.

9/27/24 We were visiting from PA and ordered online here for lunch. We ordered and waited in our car. It was done on time. My mother's Turkey hoagie was really good. My wife got the Bacon Chicken Cheese steak. It was really good too. I got the Italian with pickles, jalapeno, banana peppers, etc. It was great. We've never tried Jersey Mike's before but we'll be back to our local one in PA. The regular sizes were only $10 each too. Really great!

BEST Jersey Mike's around here. Reason number one...The actual sub and the meat and everything was just top notch. Pretty big size and good servings. The vegetables and meat tasted really fresh and delicious. I know I am not the only who has noticed how most restaurants just don't deliver any more yet charge more. Not this place sure my sub was about $20. But it was worth it. Clean place, good food. Best Jersey Mikes I've had and way superior to most subs around that area. Glad we went there and not the very disappointing Zero's across the street. Will be coming back whenever we want subs again. The pictures I posted, I already ate a little less than half of it. So its really a big sub. I loved the choice to get rosemary Parmesan bread too. I got the Cancro Special with no lettuce. My boyfriend got the Big Kahuna, the cheese-steak sub and he said it was the best he has eaten in a long time.

I hope you don't want your food in a timely manner. 6 people behind the counter and 2 of them actually being productive. Rude employees, confusion and chaos, all for a sub that was over priced and really not good at all. Mike from Jersey would be disappointed.

Not even worthy of one star. Have given this store 3 opportunities to get a sandwich right but they mess up every time. Not to mention they cannot complete a pickup order in a timely fashion to save their lives. The employees are slow and lazy. Booooooooooooooooo this place sucks.

I got the southwest cheesesteak in a bowl...literally lettuce steak and cheese in a bowl only 6 bites and they charged me $18.99...rip off..

First time ever in a Jersey Mike’s. I've had at events and it's been good. So why not.

The strip is newer and has a Starbucks, Great Clips and Aspen Dental. Parking is plentiful and clear of debris.

This was a Friday evening visit and no other customers. The dining room was clean with all tables cleaned and cleared. This was a great start.

My daughter was with me and got a turkey, I ordered a BLT. The staff we got was training, she it was a bit impersonal. The other two were lose and friendly.

The sandwich was made fresh in front of us and the staff confirmed if anything was customized. No issues with my card processing and can tip. I grabbed a bottle of water, they have both fountain and bottle drinks.

My daughter and I both agreed that we enjoyed our sandwiches. The bread was sift and fresh, the meat tasty! I must say I really liked my BLT.

I would return and recommend.

Ordered 2 subs a giant turkey with Swiss mayo lettuce onion extra pickle vinegar and oil and a regular Italian with provolone lettuce and onion both look pathetic see pic... every time we order from this place it is a different experience from wilted veggies and always hard can't eat bread but never have they been stingy on ingredients! Every time it is a different crew as well so you hope for a better out come. This time I made sure to put soft bread in my special instructions... it's sad because the ingredients are supposed to be top notch that's why the price right? Well my dad got the regular sub that was the smallest we've ever seen and he eats subway said he gets more for his money at subway! That they never put that little toppings on and they get pretty skimpy... Do better Jersey Mike's cause at this rate you need to drop your prices

I just wanted to take the time out of my day to emphasize how great my experience was the other day . This location by my interpretation is understaffed yett the customer service was impeccable. How sweet the employees are here makes your wait all worth the while ?

We go in, it’s about 8:15 (they close at 9) but told us they were closing at 8:30, cool, we’ll take the food home. We order, I ask for a Philly on Rosemary bread with no peppers and provolone, easy enough, right? Wrong. After she got done with the first sandwich she asked if I wanted anything else (what I saw her making I thought was for someone else because it had peppers and jalapeños and American cheese), I just said “no, no peppers”, and she realized she messed up. Did the remake pretty quick, I didn’t think anything of it. We get home, the sandwich is on white bread and not rosemary, one half of the sandwich didn’t have cheese and still had peppers mixed in. So they just mixed it all up again, tried to take the peppers out, and served it not thinking I would know. It’s just wild how a place can mess up an item that easy. Every time we come here, there’s always an issue. Definitely won’t be coming back again though.

This location is the only one that has issues with there large tea cups leaking. The staff should have a large sign informing customers that there is a leaking cup issue with the large cups not wait until the customer orders it and its leaking all over and then ask then tell the customer what the issue is after the fact. They staff reported that they have asked management for new cups that arent leaking but have yet to receive them apparently. They had to give me a medium cup because all the large cups are having a leaking issue. Just take that size cup off the menu entirely so not to confuse the customer, next have a large sign that says what the issue is or explain it to the customer. Dont just leave to customer to assume when they have no clue especially when at all the other Jersy Mike's there is not this issue. Perhaps they could borrow some cups from the other JerseyMike's. On one other occasion I visited this Jersey Mike's location and the lady mumbled something about giving me a medium cup instead of a large but I didnt really hear her and thought well I guess they just dont like selling a large tea drink at this location. She also made light of how small my sub was and this wasnt a huge deal but I'm a paying customer and it's the way I wanted it made sorry if that's not the standard. Also the staff took my sandwich from the chopping board onto the regular dirty appearing counter top with no paper underneath but then seemed to remember and put paper underneath after the fact. Please give this location some help and resources and stop selling the customer short. Thank you, kindly.
