Jersey Mike's Subs

Very frustrating that this is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue at this specific Jersey mikes. We love Jersey Mike’s but this one sucks. They clearly don’t read instructions when people ask for certain things not on their sandwich. Beyond frustrated and ill start taking the 15 min drive to the other one to never have to go to this location again.

I have not been here in a while and am so glad I stopped by! The Italian sub was delicious, flavorful, and fresh.

Always friendly. Order Always right. Place looks clean. Crowded at lunch time so order takes a little longer, to be expected. Use the app to get points and free subs. We get the two different clubs and the cheese steak and they are good.

I'm normally not one to complain but I ordered online and then proceeded to wait in the store for my order. All while a few people came in and walked out. So I should have just ordered in store.. and to add insult to injury (the price) my sandwiches all had about half the meat they were supposed to have. I also tipped. This is just unacceptable on so many levels. I will never be back to this location.

Refused to serve me because it was 8:55pm. My family and I eat here at least once a week. She says, “no lettuce no onions and no hot subs” which translates, we’re ready to go…. Beat it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Sorry but not sorry

This place has zero regard for drivers time.
Waiting 24 plus minutes!!! for The delivery of one single sub to be ready without updates or accountability or reliable timeframes, isn't just inefficient, it's negligent. Time is money, and they'r burning both. If this is how they treat the people moving their food, imagine how they run the rest of the operation. Horrible!

Zero respect for the people delivering their food. Cant wait around for 20 plus minutes waiting for food. Slow incompetent employees.

First time here,everyone is rude as hell, i work in customer service and i never seen the most rudest staff in my life.. its like the employees don’t get along and you can feel the energy in the air. then the girl they got making people food is the rudest one of all,she was acting like she couldn’t speak up or just didn’t want to be at work. the only person who was decent was the one guy who works there or the one who i seen in there today.

I went in to get two subs I was a walk-in they got kind of busy but the manager decided to skip the guy in front of me and me and make sandwiches for 5 or 6 other walk-ins and then get back to us. He was very rude and it took me 38 minutes to get my food. Kempsville location

I Normally Love ,Love , Love this location But this time around my sandwich was sloppy and was thrown together just any kind of way I asked for extra Mayo and Steak soon as I opened it mayonnaise was all at the top falling all out of the sides and then I asked for it to be cut it wasn’t and I asked for a side of Chipotle mayo and I didn’t receive it.

I have never seen 2 slower restaurant workers in my life. It was like the night of the sleeping dead. They were so slow.
Do not ever pick up a delivery order at this location. If a walking customer comes in, they will stop making the food for your order and go help 4 walk in customers. Before they finish your order.Most Jersey Mike's locations are not bad.This one was horrible.
I literally could have made the food myself three times faster than they did with no training

The buffalo chicken was amazing. Very delicious. Was pretty busy around 1 pm on a Thursday, but it was worth the wait.

Ordered online. Got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done, wasn’t even started yet. I asked for a refund and they refunded me the price of the food BUT NOT THE TIP I INCLUDED WITH THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT!

Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.
