Absolutely amazing customer service!!! I love to come here for lunch during the school week! The staff is always so friendly and efficient! The subs are always perfectly made and delicious. The store is clean and welcoming every time I go!

I get they get business but they need to slow down. I decided to stop going to landtown when I had to preorder. If o have the time to go in I know my sandwich will be made right. So when I'm not well I order out after years on complaining I said I'll order from this new location. I personally have dietary restrictions includes NO TOMATOES! sure enough got my order last night and it had tomatoes even when I had mobility issues from a stroke I wanted to support them because it's like back home smh. Don't use the app go inside if you can at any location then your sandwich will be right because you can control it.. customer service and environment is always nice and quiet.

Conveniently located in Kempsriver strip mall close to the corner of Indian River Road and Kempsriver Road. They seem very busy, with constant foot traffic of patrons at almost 1pm.Place looks clean. They shave their meats instead of you know competitor with less price but pre- set aside chicken cubes or roast beef slices. Jersey Mike’s has better choices of subs, fresher ingredients and slightly larger subs. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. Worth the extra $$!

I came into jersey Mike's here at kempsville in va Beach and the employee Amanda disregarded the fact I didn't eat any meat as I told her first hand. As she made my food she did change gloves but I asked can she wipe the counter off before she makes my tuna sub. She refused as pieces of ham was on the counter. When I told her she was rude and disregarded my request. And she asked me not to point over the window which she was right and I understand. But I was showing her the meat on the counter as I told her at first I didn't eat meat. The disregard to my religious diet and her rudeness as how she spoke is what made me give a bad rating as I also didn't order anything after that. In the pass I never had this problem here. It was just this one employee Amanda. She needs to be spoken to about customer service and respect and well as to listen to the customer needs. Other than that this place is awesome.

The best Jersey Mike's that I have been to. I ordered catering boxes online and they were ready right on time. They gave me coupons to save money on my next catering order. They also gave us the Jersey sauce on the side in these little mini squirt bottles, that way the subs don't get soggy. They helped me carry the order to my vehicle as well. The best service!!!!

Maybe its the location, but I actually saw an employee take ingredients out of an already made sub as they apparently weigh the sub AFTER its been made. I've seen people weigh the meat before its cooked, but to take out ingredients out of an already completed sub is ridiculous. As for my sub that I ordered, I've had Regulars that had more meat than the GIANT I ordered. Do not go to this place! There's a question below about which sub do I recommend. This is a hack as you cant leave it blank. I recommend you go somewhere else to get your subs.
