Jersey Mike's Subs

The sub meat was burnt to the point I originally thought they put bacon on it, it was made sloppy and FULL of peppers. The other meat wasn’t even recognizable.. I took pictures- see for yourself, what type of staff does that?

Orders hoagies online from the Northampton Blvd. store before 8 pm. Credit card was charged, yet I get a call they they are out of all breads. Stating they will refund. Will update when that happens. What type of poor management runs out of their main product is beyond me.... Normally food is great, but after that I am going someplace else.

Last three times i have been here, got my sandwich home and the bread is rock hard. I always thought JM had fresh bread but this is ridiculous. Jimmy John's from now on.

OK SUBS NOTHING SPECIAL HERE. WALKED IN AND NOTICED STORE WAS DIRTY NEED A DEEP CLEAN IN THE DINING ROOM AND WORK AREAS ..EVEN THE EMPLOYEES WORK SMOCKS WERE NASTY ? NEVER GOING BACK HERE I COULD IMAGINE THE FOOD BEING NASTY TOO..I GO TO THE VIRGINIA BEACH BLVD JERSEY MIKES BY ALDI MUCH CLEANER OR GO DOWN THE STREET AT ZEROES THEY TOAST SUBS THERE

I order 2 subs on the 24th. Didn't receive the subs from the Dasher. Had to call the store to find out where the subs were. They were still at the store...got told I don't know what happened. No apology nothing. Had to leave my work to pick them up. Got to the store still no apology.
First and last time I will order from this location.

Subs are always delicious...but they can't really be enjoyed with the head banging music. Way to loud and not conducive to enjoying a meal.

Decent subs and a good change from typical greasy burger and fry joints. Menu is pricey though, not sure it's a great value.

I watched 3 gentlemen work together to get sandwiches made, including a mass order of mine. It was the lunch rush, so it was busy & packed. I appreciate the hard work & professionalism they displayed.

Can't go wrong. Meat always fresh, service is fast and friendly. Jersey Mike is my go do place.

I’ve called in a few larger orders lately for catering box subs and they’ve had them ready very quickly and before the estimated ready time. Will continue to use them since they are so quick with my last minute orders.

My wife is pregnant and we have been going to jerseys for some time, well I stood in line for 30 min to wait cause I know it worth it, and the 2 girls overwhelmed took it out on the customer, I asked if for my pregnant wife they could heat up the meat and they said no that's not what they do and they could call the manager but again I'd already been waiting 35 min in line and I was so pissed and left.
