Jersey Mike's Subs

Subs are always delicious...but they can't really be enjoyed with the head banging music. Way to loud and not conducive to enjoying a meal.

Decent subs and a good change from typical greasy burger and fry joints. Menu is pricey though, not sure it's a great value.

I watched 3 gentlemen work together to get sandwiches made, including a mass order of mine. It was the lunch rush, so it was busy & packed. I appreciate the hard work & professionalism they displayed.

Can't go wrong. Meat always fresh, service is fast and friendly. Jersey Mike is my go do place.

I’ve called in a few larger orders lately for catering box subs and they’ve had them ready very quickly and before the estimated ready time. Will continue to use them since they are so quick with my last minute orders.

My wife is pregnant and we have been going to jerseys for some time, well I stood in line for 30 min to wait cause I know it worth it, and the 2 girls overwhelmed took it out on the customer, I asked if for my pregnant wife they could heat up the meat and they said no that's not what they do and they could call the manager but again I'd already been waiting 35 min in line and I was so pissed and left.

Great food, great customer service, and great location. Whether you're like me and it's close to work or you're at the outlet mall.I and need somewhere to eat, you're staying in one of the hotels nearby, or you're traveling on the interstate and need some where to stop. This is a spot for you.

Inflation may be down BUT not here. Prices keep rising at this Jersey Mike's! $10.45 for a regular roast beef and turkey sandwich! Add a drink and chips any my bill is $16.32! In the quasi-immortal words of our near comatose Prez. Biden.... COME ON, MAN!! I used to come here on a bi-weekly basis. Prices went up, I dropped back to monthly visits. In the past couple of months, the prices have changed at least twice.

Prices have gone up but the service has gone down!

The service was TERRIBLE. They are so UNDERSTAFFED.. Register person is filling to-go orders, handing out to-go order, taking to-go orders, finishing sandwiches AND finalizing sales (but barely). WAY TOO MUCH! Going between food to orders to register, she must have changed gloves 7 times while I was there. This slowed down the whole line. Sandwiches at the slicer backed up 7 deep!

The slicer was doing their job taking orders, cutting breads, meats & cheeses. The Grill guy is doing his job. The MANAGER, is just in the way. Not running a register, not working on a sub. No apron, so he wasn't gonna get dirty. He looked at the bags for to-go orders only b/c of the massive back up.

I waited 15 minutes for a cold sub. I saw 2 hot orders in front of me get taken, made and cashed out before my sandwich was made! That never happens. I saw multiple orders come in from online get made while my sandwich just sits there half done.

Instead of paying Danny DeVito for commercials, how about spend the money to pay for enough staff so people don't wait 15 minutes for a 16$ lunch. I might as well go to Chilis and have their 3-for-me. It would cost the same, including a tip, have a hot meal and I'd get waited on instead of waiting for...

Jimmy John's next door just closed down, maybe this place is next.

If I could give 0 I would. I’ve been going here for years and never have I been treated like this by an employee. Very rude, and ignorant. Her customer service is horrible. Tried to kick me out without giving me my refund. All because she didn’t hear me request toasted bread. Will not be coming here again. Lost a good loyal customer because every time I come I spend over$100 because I have to feed 7 people. Thanks for nothing.

First visit, excellent Italian Sub, the bread is wonderful too. Great service, fast, wonderful brownies. I'll be back.

Store staff did not have a good grasp of helping people. We waited in line for 15 minutes before we placed our order then they forgot to make it skipped over us.

I have celiac disease, and this Jersey Mike’s location was incredibly accommodating of my needs. Big thanks to Brandon for taking such care, ensuring equipment was thoroughly cleaned, gloves changed, everything prepared 100% separately, etc.. and doing so with a great attitude and smile on his face! 10/10 would recommend!
